Karen is AMAZINGMy wife gave me a Movado watch a couple of years ago for Christmas. I tried to get the battery replaced at a second rate mall jeweler (huge mistake) anyway they broke my watchKaren is so awesome she found out very fast what all was broken and had it replaced and back on my wrist in no time flat.Pun intendedIn all honesty this watch means everything to me. More then even my wedding ring and Karen helped me in more ways then she will ever understandI will be sending all my watches to her for battery replacement from here on outThank you again Karen. I wish I could hug you

Took two vintage watches, family heirlooms, to get serviced. One watch had a broken bracelet, which was very tricky to repair, but they were indeed able to repair it. Highly recommend their services

I have a new swatch watch that has a chronograph on it that I have never been able to figure out and a little dainty watch whose battery has been hit or miss. I came in wondering if I could get the battery changed and mentioned both issues. I was blown away by the top notch work on my watch- including silicon to ensure better water proof seal on the swatch and repairing a bent connection to the battery on my smaller watch. What really impresses me is the personable service I received. She spent the time to teach me how to use my Chronograph, confirmed everything on the watch worked as it should, taught me that I will burn the battery out faster if it isn’t reset after use, and then taught me about why my dainty watch is going through batteries so fast…. It’s not water resistant and the work I do with it has me sweating. She also explained other watch questions I had with interest and kindness. Fantastic shop I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have an Ebel watch that is hard to service. The Watchworks has skillfully replaced batteries, repaired the band, cleaned the inner mechanisms, and kept it in perfect condition over the years.

Needed my Movado battery replaced and had also brought along another watch that needed resizing. Karen was incredibly helpful, resizing my watch while simultaneously assisting other customers, finishing both, giving me my watch back and then taking my Movado in for servicing.I was incredibly pleased with both the her friendly demeanor and efficiency in service.I would definitely recommend Karen's to anyone in need of having their watch serviced.

I do not leave reviews for companies and don't really trust any reviews I read. That said, I just had a rare interaction I felt was worth sharing. I visited The watch works today for the first time, my dad left me his old watches and I felt it was time to get them looked at. It was a little hard to find as it is a small shop upstairs in a little Mercer Island strip mall. The woman I interacted with was refreshingly kind and helpful, she also seemed to know literally everything about watches. I am not an overly trusting person but trusted this person almost from hello. If you need help with your watch, you may want to consider this place.

Karen is knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I was preparing to pay $400+ to replace an older Tag Heuer watchband, based on the opinion of another watch repair service. Luckily I asked for a second opinion at The Watchworks. Karen corrected the issue in 10 minutes at no charge. From now on I will bring all my watch repairs to Karen - I encourage you to do so too!
