Replaced my watch batteries here. She was quick and did not leave any scratches on my watch but the service is expensive. It's a bit hard to locate the shop.

Took two vintage watches, family heirlooms, to get serviced. One watch had a broken bracelet, which was very tricky to repair, but they were indeed able to repair it. Highly recommend their services
I am excited to announce The Watchworks has moved to Mercer Island as of June 1, 2022. I am the only Factory Authorized Service Center for Ebel, Concord, Movado, Coach, Victorinox, Swiss Army and Philip Stein watches in the northwest. Independently owned and run since 1975.
