Today we were nearby and stopped in to try to sort out a UPS delivery issue we are having. We learned that the UPS Store is not all that connected to UPS delivery so they could not directly help. However, Hannah, the clerk, was very attentive and empathetic, listening to us and explaining the system and giving us a number to call to sort out the delivery system problem. I hope the staff there are continued to be supported in being kind human beings rather than soulless bureaucrats! On the other hand, the UPS delivery service needs a lot of help in their website and communications systems...

Great service.Employe named Roger was incredibly helpful in helping me ship multiple items. He was working with me on one computer and aiding other customer requests on another. Saving everyone time while he worked incredibly efficiently.This is not the closest UPS store to me - but I will only go here from now on. Thank you Roger.

I was having trouble getting my code from my Amazon account ( prime member) I was assisted by someone who was rude to me.She was bold said I should come better prepared...excuse me? I waited in line and it was my turn don't start taking care of another customer when it was my turn.RUDE!!!

This is my favorite UPS store. Everyone I’ve encountered there is friendly and genuinely kind- funny enough not just the employees.The store is always clean, organized, and the parking is easy. I’m generally on edge when I have to deal with shipping and I will choose this UPS just because of this location over other services. I have yet to have a bad experience here- even when I’ve been unhappy with a UPS policy.

A few months ago I had to find a new mail receiving service as the business where we had received our mail for 30 years was purchased and the new owner was not taking care of the customers and mail was being stolen regularly. I decided to give the UPS Interbay location a shot as it is very close to my office and parking is plentiful.Jay helped me set up my new mail box and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. He was efficient, funny and seemed to live in a happier place than most people. I am very impressed with the organization and protocols at this UPS store and I have continued to enjoy popping in(almost daily) to see Jay or any of the very good people who work at the store. I only wish that I would have moved my mail box sooner

Roger was Excellent at helping us get out of a jamb. He went above and beyond and and made our visit to the store exceptional. Firstly, he stored our luggage for us at a very reasonable cost. Secondly, he allowed me to unpack one suitcase (it had a broken zipper) and repack on the floor of the store. Thirdly, he discarded my old damaged luggage saying "no problem, I'll take it to the dumpster out back"! Truly, he did everything in his power to accommodate us, including using the stores scale to weigh our luggage to be sure we could meet the 50# limit. Thanks again, Roger!!

Worst possible customer service ever. I called regarding an Amazon packages return I had a few questions and the man answering the phone was very rude. First and last time I will be using this UPS store.

Best UPS in the city no contest. Friendly, fast, you never have to wait and they recognize you if you go in often. Worlds better than my experiences at other locations or FedEx/USPS!

Shout out to Jay, who took my sullen teen's passport photo and then took it again the next day when I didn't want to risk sending in a picture with bangs over the eyebrows. Patient, understanding, and encouraging. Thanks!

The owner of this store has spoken demeaningly to me in the past. Today he belittled his employee --- who've I've had GREAT service from -- in front of several customers. When I called the owner out on being demeaning to his employees he shrugged and said "I know." What. An. A******* UPS outlets are owner/operated. Better to support another branch.

Seeing the passive-aggressive reply of the owner, Roger, I think the lacking in his customer service skills is very clear. They didn't even address my primary concern of wasting my time giving me a taped up incorrect receipt. I mirror his advice, go to one of the other locations within a mile of here.
