I came earlier in the morning to send a priority item, it wasn't busy at all. The girl didn't even make a label for it after I left, it wasn't even scan in the system for 4 days because I kept checking online. I paid for priority 2-3 days shipping just for it to arrive after 5-7 days. Don't know what I paid for but I sure won't be wasting my time again.

Does anyone have any information on this location. I have been trying to get my mail, but have been unable to. I have visited this location at least 5 times to retrieve my mail and they have been closed I live almost an hour away. I have called, sent a message on instagram, and Facebook. I have even tried to communicate on LinkedIn. I read something online about them moving locations, but have not received any notice about where and when to pick up the mail. The least you can do is have a voicemail that says what your actual hours are, or put a note on the door. Please be professional and let your customers know what is happening. We will support someone that communicates, but to just ghost your customers is not the way to make sure your customers stick around. PLEASE POST SOMETHING.

I love the service and the friendliness of a small owned family business. I drive out of my way so I can visit these fine folks even though there is a FedEx by my house. They are always willing to help and professional and courteous. The best Postal Service in town as far as I'm concerned!

I had 4 holiday gifts to mail out and was anxious to try my luck at the post office, since I didn't have boxes for them & didn't think they would fit in the USPS priority boxes. So I went to The Postman for the first time & am so grateful I did. She was SO patient with me - testing out multiple boxes to find one that would work. I appreciated that they can check the different carriers to also compare pricing & arrival dates. A great experience that really took the stress out of shipping items, especially around the holidays. Very grateful for their mail services, but also customer service.

I use The Postman rather than USPS when I'm able to. It's closer to me, the wait tends to be shorter, and the service tends to be more personable and friendly. Packing and shipping can be a stressful experience for both the customer and the employee but they usually find a way to leave a smile on my face. It's a small space but they offer a surprising amount of merch (related to packing/shipping but also things like BIPOC/locally made greeting cards). They offer package hold services (for a small fee) which can be helpful if you don't want to risk an important delivery being stolen off of your porch. They also have lots of P.O. boxes. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait since there is usually only one register open. If you're just there to drop off a return label package, you can let them know so that you don't have to wait in line. Otherwise, I would just try to be patient (especially during peak times like the holiday season and lunch hours), as they are a small, family-run, community-based business. There is a decent amount of free street parking available around the block (and I suppose you could also risk parking at the Grocery Outlet parking lot across the street), but the street parking right outside of the store is limited. Something to keep in mind if you're planning to mail multiple/heavy packages. One time I had to ship an unusually shaped large item to Hawai'i and their staff were very helpful and friendly when advising my partner and I on options for packing and shipping it.

I love this place. Not only do I get great service but they are super friendly and are always ready to welcome you in with a smile. They are also the closest outlet to me where I can ship everything to everywhere from the same place

This family-owned business is a gem in our neighborhood. I came in to print off greeting card designs (600DPI print on premium 100lb cardstock) and the staff are easy to work with, have been beyond courteous, patient with my various questions, and take the time to be thoughtful with any custom printing needs. I will be coming back routinely and regularly for future orders - it feels great to support them while also getting exactly the printing services I was looking for my small business too. Much love to y'all!

I tried to use this group several times because I want to support local business. Recently, I sent an international package that the customs information fell out as they did not secure it properly. So it came back to me. The Postman did not take responsibility, did not refund or try to reprint out the documentation. They said they would do a claim with USPS and send me an email which never arrived. I have worked with USPS that said I can only get a refund from the Postman. UGH!I will not be using this businesss again.

I had a package come back which they did not properly send via USPS. They will not give me a refund for the $73. They would not reprint the missing information. I want to support local small business but not when incompetent.

Service is excellent. I am 85 and they are patient and instructive, especially with Fed Ex which I kept trying to figure out.

Repeatedly super helpful in shipping packages no matter who is working that day. They reviewed UPS, UPS and FedEx prices and arrival dates for me and accept pre-printed label pkg drop-off.

Very cool neighborhood mail service. The location was small but clean. Had a very neighborhood vibe & I felt immediately comfortable. Patrons were friendly & the staff were also friendly. They let me know that they didn't have the tech to process a UPS QR code return & that it needed to be processed at a licensed UPS store. They let me know about the one on Harvard in Broadway.
