Been going there for 2 years. Don't think they've ever addressed, or even tried to address, anything that I brought up.All they do is prescribe temporary relief drugs without thinking or trying to root cause the problem. Save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else.

Best doctors, well the ones that have stayed. They do not have cardiologist! Try snd book the 1 or 2 they have not!! Worst admin, worst front line people be cause all the good ones left. Checking in is a night mare and they are rude!! If you are not in polyclinic and do not have a great doctor... run!!! This is not my option, this is all of our opinions no mater if polyclinic responds to this they have no excuse and what ever they say to justify this is a lie

Edit: received the response below to email them. I have already emailed and have not received a response. I’m not surprised.I scheduled an appointment with an OBGYN two months out. On the morning of the appointment, I received a call to reschedule. This is unacceptable as I have to take time off work to go to an appointment. They could have called me anytime in the two months since I made the appointment. Now I have to take time off work twice because I had to reschedule. Let's hope I don't have to reschedule again.

I have not had the best experiences here. First time I saw them I had to have essentially a drug test taken so that they would approve anxiety medication which has previously been provided to me by other doctors in the past. This round I gained significant weight after an increased dosage on anxiety medication and was seeking a medical treatment to help aid in weight loss because I already have a significantly harder time losing weight due to thyroid issues. Waited 30 minutes to be seen only to have a magazine pointed to on negative side effects of assisted medication for weight loss. Was told that there is no quick fix which btw I am not looking for. I’m looking for assistance because even with diet and exercise I’m not losing weight. Suggested blood work for my thyroid which has been done for years going back and forth on so I declined that “resolution.” Was told other physicians would prescribe that but my doc did not have enough training on it. In a nutshell, I paid to get a referral to their other department focused on weight loss. Jumped on to read the reviews. I’ll now be looking for a medical provider who won’t just tell me “there is no quick fix” after gaining 30 pounds in a 3 month period. I won’t be coming back here. I don’t suggest this facility to anyone.

The last few years I have noticed a significant degradation in The quality of service at the Polyclinic. I still have my same doctors and for that I am grateful and that’s what keeps me there. The waits are long, lots of telephone waiting, transferring etc with no resolution. Really horrible billing errors and snafus and almost impossible to get them fixed and it will take hours on the phone. I can’t see my internal medicine/ GP without a 3 month wait for an appointment. That is not acceptable. I have been using the nurse practitioner who is great and I understand the is what Optum is trying to make happen. Channeling services away from specialist to lowerLevel medical personnel. Again the staff I have dealt with are still outstanding but there has been a mass migration of personnel from the Polyclinic and it’s only a matter of time before I will have to leave!

I have many medical issues flowing from kidney failure and three transplants over the past 33 years. All that to say, I have many doctors manage quite a few appointments. I am transferring all of my medical providers away from Polyclinic which is a huge hassle, but they are dropping doctors left and right and pushing out critical 3 month kidney and diabetes check ups 6 or even 8 months. Further, I encountered less than good care, malpractice or simple lack of competence from Primary Care, Ear Nose and Throat and Sleep clinic (wrong cancer diagnosis, wrong hearing diagnosis, needed surgery because of misdiagnosis). (I have had some great doctors, but each of them have left in the last month due to Polyclinic merger) You may have already jumped to my recommendation: Don't go to Polyclinic if you can avoid it. Swedish, in my opinion, has been quite good if you are looking for a medical group.

I am a retired physician using Polyclinic doctors since 2016. My primary insurance is Medicare and United is supplemental. I had excellent care by the physicians . At some time in the past I set up automated payment system "I PAYX*" to allow the clinic to charge my credit card for my copays. Things moved smoothly till the end of 2021. In 2022 Polyclinic started charging me as if I had no insurance and were using the "iPAYX*" system to charge my card. By the time I realized this travesty, Polyclinic took $1285.00 for four visits in 2022. Polyclinic also claimed that both my insurances denied these claims. This is pure fabrication! They never billed my primary insurance which is Medicare! When I called an associate at their billing office conceded that they made a mistake in billing my supplemental insurance as my primary and they will correct it. I sent them a letter with a copy to my primary care physician ( who is great, by the way). He said he is sending up the chain and I am sure he did.Nothing happened and no one contacted me. I then consulted my lawyer and he suggested that I send this info to their customer care department listed (As Everett Clinic's ). And I did so in February of this year.A week later a person responded and informed me that these claims are submitted to Medicare and finally today my credit card messaged me that that I have pending refunds from iPAYX* of Polyclinic! The total is about $200.00 less than what they took from me, but that may be towards my copayments. That is what I assume. I asked the nice person who made this happen to send me a breakdown of these charges. So: 1. If you are a patient of Polyclinic beware of this kind of billing errors ( I am being charitable here calling them errors!) especially if you are a senior on Medicare.2. Get out of the automatic payment system of"iPAYX*". It's like giving a thief your keys to your home and safe!I for one plan to move out of Polyclinic for my healthcare needs, although I am sorry to leave my wonderful physicians! If I can separately rate; the physicians get 5 stars and the Polyclinic billers get1star!

They used to be so much better - since I could not find one Dr willing to fill out Reasonable Accommodation papers - they treat everyone like drug addicts and welfare scammers - I had throat cancer - throat cancer- - I had to retire because no one was willing to go on record saying - yes his throat cancer affected his voice - my husband had a long time low dosage prescription for Xanax - they made him feel like he has scrounging for drugs by asking for a prescription refill - a prescription given by one of their long time doctors (who retired suddenly - as did mine. We are trying to chance PCPs but apparently we both have to audition for any new Dr - which generates $60 in copays before we can change - not happy at all - they prescribe these drugs then treat us like addicts - my husband had to cold Turkey quit taking prescribed medications - luckily it was not that big of a deal because he wasn't an addict - I went to a Therapist and I had to throw a fit to get them to send it to my insurance - I had a $500 invoice on my chart before I even got home from the appointment - the quality of care here as deteriorated greatly - but they are making $ so who cares ? Not them

What is going on with Polyclinic Madison? I was on hold for 50 minutes trying to get appt with Physical Medicine rang twice went silent. Called again on hold again for another 1 hour and a half. I work for the VA hospital and wait times are not like that. That is so unacceptable for patients to wait that long to make an appt. Please open up your my chart to let patients sign up for appts then instead of being on the phone for long periods of time. Livid!!!

BE AWARE. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR RESULTS IN BEFORE YOU GO. Otherwise, they will charge you even if you didn't get anything done. you will be charged for simply showing up.I had my MRI done and the doctor who ordered left a week before (first red flag), then I got it done and PA was going to look at it, but when I got there, the radiology department didn't have the results ready (second red flag). I talked to the nurse Jenni O. there and said she will make sure I don't get charged. but here we are I got charged for basically showing up and honoring the appointment even when they didn't hold up their end of bargain.DO NOT GO HERE

I cannot get a human being on the phone to help me. Nobody will answer the phone. An operator disconnected me and put me through to a voice-mail box for customer care. I am trying to make a doctor appointment because I got a letter 2 days ago that my specialist is leaving on April 24th. What kind of clinic doesn't give their patients enough notice to schedule to see their doctor before they leave. The letter says to call so we can be helped getting set up with a new doctor. I can't even get that done. No answers. No call backs. No way to leave them a voice-mail. Neverending hold times day after day.At this rate I know I won't get to see my doctor before they leave. And I can't help but wonder if this horribly broken system is why they are leaving. You don't care about patients when you abandon them like this.

I am extremely unhappy with the POLYCLINIC's scheduling services. I was on hold for a very long time on both the afternoon of Tuesday, April 4th and the morning of Wednesday, April 5th. I was on hold in excess of 45 minutes each time, I am still on hold as I write this. The number I was calling is: 206-860-5572. I also requested a call back, which is a joke, because no one ever calls back. I also tried 26-329-1760. Unfortunately, their switchboard operator can't do anything either.I tried scheduling through the website but the type of appointment I need could not be scheduled that way.The POLYCLINIC keeps cutting the number of support staff and they have cut way too far. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!I suggested to them that they change their message from "...they will be with you momentarily" to "...grab a snack because you may starve before we answer the phone if you don't".The POLYCLINIC should also change their message from "hold times may be longer than normal right now..." to "we don't care about our patients enough to provide adequate staff, be sure to call in the morning so you can wait the required 7 hours to get someone to answer the phone".

Was charged $210 for a follow up with my general physician to discuss MyChart results that could’ve been read in an email. They withheld the results until the follow up so that I would have to come in to know why there was a follow up. Finally, they scheduled a patient who was originally behind me to be in front me of me even though I arrived on time, wasting an hour of my life for a 10 min discussion and making me late for work. The bill was charged directly to the patient without insurance coverage due to it being labeled under a particular code that made it not covered by insurance, even though the discussion was about simple blood lab tests. This is not acceptable

Let me start by saying this is a review of the BUILDING, not at all the doctors. I would give the care I receive at the Polyclinic for the last 20+ years six stars if I could - from my PCP to my Dermatologist to the Lab techs - 6 stars. However, the parking situation in this building is out of control. It's been a mostly broken system for years now. I have been late to appointments because of it on the way in, and I have missed meetings because of it on the way out. The Polyclinic needs to allocate funds to completely replace the payment system for parking - this issue shows a deep disregard for patients and your staff who probably have to deal with a lot of grief because of it. Note that I have only written three bad reviews my first in 2010.
