Absolutely no help, put in no effort and completely disrespectful!!! This place was recommended as being able to help locate a plumbing part but the guy behind the counter wouldn't even walk 10 feet to help identify the plumbing fixture that the part came from. Then he tried to blame the part I needed as a cheap Chinese part that they don't deal with when it is clearly an American made fixture and made 2/12/1975.
I have been told that parts on a project I am working on are no longer available, and probably will be told that again. What I did not appreciate was the inability or lack of desire to actually help. The young man that I was talking to would not even walk 10' from the counter to the door to look at a part and as snarkily stated: 'I would touch that with a 10' pole!' Complete disrespect not only for projects that your customers are trying to work on, but total disrespect of the customers, as well!!!

Mostly for contractors. They will do retail sales but no returns allowed. I was looking for an older bathroom sink cartridge. I couldn't find it in the store at home depot. Tried Ferguson's and they had one but it was $28 each and they weren't 100% sure it would fit, this store had the same one but it was $38 each. Ended up finding it at home Depot for about $18

As a professional Licensed Plumber, The Part Works has been my go to specialty parts vendor for more than 20 years. They have a wealth of information and the customer service is respectful to the professional trades that they serve. I know they are the go to place, while I'm shopping I meet up with several different city and county as well as school district plumbers that get their parts there too. I've seen several of the larger plumbing & mechanical contractor service guys roll in as well. The bottom line is, for the trade service professional, there is no other plumbing specialty parts place, this is it!

All in all The Part Works is the only go to company for specialty plumbing repair parts for the processional trade person. I've had my issues with the business, but they've always taken the time to listen and we have always been able to come together on a solution. Thank you Part Works, keep up the good work!

Drove 60 miles for seat screws on an older faucet. The person that assisted me was extremely helpful, the prices were affordable, and the fact they had the screws definitely helped.
