Went here if they could replace my gortex jacket which was peeling from inside. They happily received it and it’s now with their warranty department for the review. Friendly staff and neat store

Delayed service on warranty replacement. Weird process that was 4-8 weeks long versus what could obviously be handled on-site a la Patagonia. Quality product with potential to get even better!

Very friendly staff! I called and asked about an item being available. They graciously check their inventory and set it up front for us to pick up! Great service!
