Originally, we planned to order a Toto bidet seat online. This showroom was highly recommended by a friend who purchased a Toto Washlet from them. For the service and support, we were willing to pay extra and we even decided to go for the salesperson's upsell, doubling what we planned to spend.Twice, toilet bowls were shipped that didn't fit our set up. With delayed communications, and an avoidable error in the replacement order, what seemed to be a straightforward process took nearly a month. The plumbers arrived a second time for the install and the bowl was the wrong height (after we reminded the salesperson to check this detail). Rather than pay a fee to cancel their visit, we had the plumbers install the bidet seat on the old toilet. We lost confidence in the salesperson and in the end communicated exclusively with the manager.We could have ordered online to get the same result without the hassles. (We shared this review with the manager before posting who all throughout has been very responsive.)What we would do differently would be to consult with an experienced plumber first. An overlooked detail can cause delays. We would also request a salesperson that is a better fit for us.

They have a nice selection of higher end fixtures but the staff is not great. I am renovating one of my bathrooms (with future plans for two others) and came in to buy all the fixtures. I spent 25 minutes wandering the store and waiting to be helped (the two sales associates were talking with other customers) but nobody even greeted me. One of the associates was clearly just chatting, not making a sale, which made it more frustrating.

When I asked what a particular tub was made of, the salesperson was condescending and said "tubs are acrylic." So if you want to buy a tub from someone who is ignorant and condescending, go ahead. No other material choices in this store!

My experience was the same as Malka. I hate to say it, but a white couple walked in as my family was leaving and that same staff person seemed very eager to help them and even pulled out the catalog to answer their questions. Meanwhile when my husband and I had asked her questions she replied, “I don’t know.” And walked away. We ended up googling the catalog on our phones to find the answer.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this place, but my designer recommended that I check it out to get an idea of what faucet and shower fixtures might be good alternatives for my bathroom remodel. I went in on a Saturday morning, fully expecting to just do some casual looking, but I was immediately greeted by Lynn, who asked about my project. She listened to what I was looking for and made some great recommendations to fine-tune and improve the direction my designer had suggested. She went above and beyond, pulling catalogs to do extra research and make meaningful suggestions, and she also managed to help other customers that came into the store while remaining fully attentive to my needs. Because of her engagement and good ideas, I kept expanding the scope of my questions, and I ended up discussing every element of my remodel with her. She took notes and followed up via email with a detailed bid and image book that I can share directly with my contractor. I was very impressed, and the experience was much more engaging, interactive, supportive and informative than I'd imagined it would be.

I called to ask if I could drop in to look; I was planning a bathroom remodel. The person at the front desk was not interested in helping me in the least and made me feel unwelcome. I would not shop there or buy from this establishment.

Dropped in to look at some kitchen faucets. The selection was extensive, and they were set up so I could get the feel of them. People were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful fixtures but I decided not purchase here. I understand supply chain issues are real and demand is high, but I left this place feeling like they just don't want my business. I really wanted to shop locally and this place was recommended by my plumber (who we love) but after trying to work with them for 3 months I give up. The first appointment I had, I was accidentally left off the books and second one (where we basically started over) I felt like I was being hurried out the door. After picking everything I wanted to buy and sending multiple follow ups so I could spend my money here, I still can't get them to send me a style book so I can actually place an order.
