There are plenty of good and bad things to say when it comes to living in apartments. As an adult we all know there are certain things like noise, cleanliness, and even delivery handling that can make apartment living cringe. The issue with this particular apartment outside of apartment staff signing for packages losing the packages and then LYING about it with no apology, outside of the constant racial harassment by neighbors, it’s the staff that’s majorly an issue.They are unfriendly and very unprofessional.I have a personal contact of mine that lives here and he has been intentionally singled out just for simply bringing things to the staffs attention. For example : the neighbor upstairs having nightly parties until 2-3am every complaint was ignored and not hardly even addressed. The constant violent attacks being done ON PROPERTY videos and pictures provided with no action.The staff have searched his apartment MULTIPLE times stating it was for inspection but were going thru his cabinets. How many apartments get 4 inspections in less than 6 months? The manager chooses to ignore all complaints of discomfort with neighbors including the racial slur yelled outside of the door by neighbors.The manager even escalated it further by yelling and confronting him outside after hours in the parking garage recently. I actually got to stand witness to this and is beyond absurd to me. Being from the South coming to a place that is supposed to be all inclusive to all races and sexual orientations and experiencing the worst level of racism in a place you have to live is ridiculous. The even sadder part is there is no one above the manager to speak with so you are left counting down the days when it will be over for the sake of not ruining credit.If you are AFRICAN AMERICAN I beg you to search elsewhere. The residents and the staff do not appreciate our presence here . They also edit and suppress negative reviews to make it seem this is a wonderful environment smh

The problem was fixed with no hassle.Edit: much like with all homes, small problems can occur, small problems that require to put in a work order request for the maintenance staff to come and take a look. Forest came in the morning and knew what need to be done. Quick and efficient. He even gave some suggestions for my ADHD brain which I really appreciate. Top notch work.

I called to schedule a tour because you’re not able to online. The person picks up and doesn’t say hello, but instead answers with “who is this?” ????? Like what? What leasing office picks up the phone like that? Then, when I explained what unit I was interested in viewing, she snapped that it already had applications pending without people having seen the unit.…Ok?Just a weird experience. She picked up the phone with an attitude and carried that throughout the entire conversation. I don’t really understand why you would treat a prospective tenant like that.

Amazing ! Had issue with my washer dryer combo and they immediately ordered my new washer and dryer and was installed quickly. I appreciate Melissa, and the team for getting this done quickly.

Wonderful, beautiful building. Neighborhood is busy, but that's the best part. Excellent management and staff! The building feels less corporate and more small neighborhood. Thy throw wonderful events. On site security certainly helps with safety. Lovely place to live! ❤️

Melissa was amazing! She came in on a Saturday since I couldn’t make any showings M-F. She was very informative about the building and the area. Even recommended some restaurants close by. Very excited about the prospect of living here.

I've been living here for more than a year and it's been the best building I've ever lived in. There are always fun community events happening, as well as events with the other building. Our community manager Brittany is always friendly and very helpful in resolving any questions and concerns. Ernie and the maintenance crew are great. They recently upgraded my apartment and it's been great. They respond quickly and professionally whenever I've had to get something fixed or replaced. Definitely recommend. I hope to live here for years to come!

Amazing staff and location. Melissa at the front desk is super friendly and helpful and makes everyone feel welcome. The maintenance guy, Ernesto, is just as amazing leading to a great staff at this building. Location is right in the heart of Capital Hill with a front entrance straight out to the park and a back entrance which leads to restaurants as well as 1 block away from all the bars and clubs.

the building is good and the location is amazing. I really appreciate the community activities they offer, they are such a great time. I esp want to thank the newest member of their team Melissa! she has gone above and beyond for me and is always kind and attentive. she has easily become one of my favorite property managers I have ever worked with. thank you for all you do and I plan to stay for a long while.

I can't speak for the apartment amenities, I don't understand why the public parking garage is under the same listing as the residential building. However regarding the public parking they list FALSELY ADVERTISED prices of $14 for 10 hours if you park before 9:30 AM however what they don't include is the extra $4 in hidden fees and taxes not listed anywhere on their signage. This parking garage is ran by greedy scam artists and I would encourage anyone looking for affordable public parking especially if they work in the area to avoid it.

I just moved here and Melissa has been so wonderful in helping me move. She is super nice and relatable, and has made moving here super easy and welcoming. If you plan to tour here I suggest booking an appointment with Melissa.Update: I’ve been living here for alittle over a month now, I’ve settled in a bit and needed a couple maintenance request , Ernie has helped me in all my maintenance request and has been super friendly, amazing and sweet. I would recommend to meet him and have his number saved on your phone if you move in here as direct communication is the best way to reach out to him. Overall he has helped me fix many things in the apartment that he’s not even required to do like helping me install my shower filter and he also makes sure it 100% perfectly done.Anyways it has been a pleasure to meet the broadway team including Brittany, Melissa, Ernie, and the other guy I don’t remember the name of (plz forgive me), I feel a strong sense of community here and look forward to more pleasant encounters !

Ernesto is a very kind and happy man who cheerfully slogged through coffee grounds to fix my kitchen sink like new! He and his wife Maritza are always happy to help me in any way they can and are wonderful to have around!

Great central location. Super close to the light rail, tons of food/bars, and easy access to grocery stores. Simon and Ernesto are very helpful with maintenance, and Melissa and Brittany at the front desk are very welcoming and great at planning events.

I've lived in this building for over a year now and love my apartment. Really impressed by the maintenance team--my requests are always addressed very quickly, usually the next day. I have been helped by Ernie and Chris, who are both extremely friendly and meticulous in their work.
