$7 just to have access to a PAID charger? Ridiculous.

Please be aware that you have to take the correct turn if you are turning right to enter the parking, as you might go onto I5 north if you don’t pay attention. Also, you pay to get into the parking lot. I would avoid this supercharger if you have other options.

It is so difficult to locate the chargers, plus parking is not free... I will never understand why tesla decided to put their chargers here. Horrible place.

Never again ! Very rude valet, after 46 minutes I was forced to pay 10 USD for parking. They don't care about you. No bathroom, no WIFI signal. 2 superchargers damaged, Please people avoid this place !

I think this is the worst Tesla Supercharger ( mostly likely in the entire US from the location point of view ). Everyone should pay attention before going there for a charge. Here is the summary :- you $6 for 30 minutes of parking while Tesla cost for electricity is $5 for 20 minutes.- there is no Data and Voice signal ( in phone or Tesla ) as it is in the basement of the hotel parking-No restroom or no sign of humans at all.

It's not terrible. My car had 10 miles left on it so I desperately needed to get to a supercharger. It is in a paid parking garage. I posted a picture of the going rates below. There are signs everywhere pointing you in the right direction. After you grab your ticket, you turn right, and the superchargers are in the corner, on the right. Surpassingly, a lot of spots were full. There were 10 chargers and about 6 out of the 10 were taken. I saw another review saying that you don't have to pay for parking as long as you leave within 10 minutes. Meanwhile, someone else said you had 15 minutes to leave. I didn't want to risk it so I charged the car for 9 minutes (added about 35 miles to the car), and raced back upstairs. The exit is straight and then to the right. You have to go up a ramp a couple of times before reaching the exit pay station, so be prepared for that. It was exactly 10 minutes when I pulled up to the station. Luckily, it didn't count the seconds and I got to exit for free! The nearest supercharger that isn't in a paid garage is in Ballard and Northgate. I'd recommend driving up there if you're headed north anyway. If you can't make it there then you can stop here for a quick charge to get you there, or pay the parking rate to fully charge.

Couldn't find it. Poor signage. Thankfully I had enough energy to get to Federal Way. I plugged in there for around 5 minutes and got about 100 miles of charge.

Bad location. Underground on B parkade level near valet. Access to the parkade isn't free and there's no amenities nearby.

Why couldn’t the Tesla app just tell me it’s in the underground parking of union square?I went around the building 2 times until I found out it was Inly accessible if you pay for parking. No signs until you get into parking gate and get a parking ticket.

Need to pay for parking, $7 for 30 min??? Had no choice, had low mileage in downtown Seattle. Both chargers in this area are gated and are paid parking.

Forcing your customers to pay for parking while charging the vehicle should be against the law. At very least, it's against the law of karma. Or carma. Come on Tesla. You must do better. $7.00 to fuel up, $10 to park. Won't be doing that again.

There is a sign out here shows no additional fee for Tesla so we go into the garage and charge our car. Later when we leave, it still needs us to pay for the parking spot.
