I can't believe this hack is still in business. I received a letter from his office stating that I hadn't paid my bill and that they were going to take me to collections. Although I've always paid my bills promptly, rather than apologize the pompous prick told me to give him a break. He acted completely unprofessional and was angry I called him out for his mistake. This muppet thinks he's god and can do no wrong. He can't apologize for his mistakes. He didn't understand why I might be upset. I understand not all doctors have people skills, but I don't understand his lack of empathy and compassion for his patients.

Dr Harrington has taken great care of my family for a number of years. He listenes to our issues and always takes the time to understand any concerns we have. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Harrington has already helped me significantly improve my health despite taking over as my primary care physician only a few months ago. He is kind, compassionate, caring, patient, and attentive. In sharp contrast to my experiences with my previous physician at one of the big clinics in Seattle, I never feel rushed when I see Dr. Harrington. For the first time in decades, I feel like I have a true partner who is committed to improving my health outcomes.It has been easy to schedule appointments with Dr. Harrington and he follows up with me after our visits. He also diagnosed a serious health issue that had been undiagnosed and untreated for years.If you are looking for a traditional family doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Harrington.

We found Dr. Harrington while living in West Seattle. He is the most trustworthy and professional doctor we have ever had. He takes time with his patients, and answers any questions you might have. We moved to the South Sound 4 years ago, and have continued to drive to West Seattle to see him. My son just relocated to Seattle and saw him for the first time for his annual physical a few week's ago, He was equally impressed th Dr. Harrington. A true "family physician" I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Harrington treats my whole family and I recommend him with enthusiasm I typically reserve for music and favorite books (won't shut up about him!). I came to him more than a decade ago, when my husband had a very serious illness and had been to several doctors who brushed it off. Dr. Harrington recommended him to a specialist right away. It was found and treated and I will forever be grateful for that. Then I had a baby and he became our trusted family doctor, who saw us as new parents and helped ease my new mom nerves. I never feel rushed through an appointment. He has made room for us in his schedule and gone out of his way to see us with short notice. Trust in a doctor is the most important thing. I've had some terrible experiences, especially with urgent cares (super high bills, missing ear infections...etc. etc.) and am so grateful to have a doctor like him in West Seattle.

I met with Dr. Herrington today to establish care after recently moving up here from Oregon. I have never had a worse experience with a doctor in my life. I have also never fired a doctor before today. Dr.Herrington was shaming, demeaning and very very unkind. I was shaking as I left his office and had to muster the courage to actually fire him. His staff was very kind and compassionate even as i left the office in a rush. If you are looking for considerate care look elsewhere. If you desire to be shamed and grilled then this is the doctor for you. I am still shaken by what just happened.

Went for a referral about a lump in my breast. Was made to wait a week With no answers for a follow up visit. I was finally told I had cancer by Highline medical where I had the biopsy. I also still had to go back to dr. Harrington s office for a follow up visit where I had a completely different doctor who finally told me the answers already had. I believe this was all due to insurance reasons as to get an extra visit. When I got my bill it was even coded as a work related issue! Please watch your paperwork if you MUST use this office. Very shady.

I highly recommend Dr. Harrington, who is now the doctor for my whole family, including my 6-month-old. I trust him as he has consistently gone above and beyond and always has his patient's best interest in mind, rather than making money.
