Prestige staff were super friendly and helpful. Allowed me to look at cars they had worked on in their shop to help me determine shade of tint. They did an excellent job and guaranteed their work.

I had scheduled appointment at 9:00am, I was waiting at shop but they told me tint guys won’t be there til 10:30am becaue they thought I’m gonna drop the vehicle and pick up later? Which they never ask me when I made appontment. I think they shouldn’t give me schedule for 9:00am slot If that so.
I still would stay and wait for another hour and half at shop but I had another appointment right after.
I didn’t hear any apologies for late and it made me very disappointed.
I had spent a hour to get there on weeekday through the very heavy traffic and another hour to drove back home.

Can a detail make your car faster? Probably not but mine seemed to go faster after picking it up! Definitely recommend using this detailer! Customer service is great and quality of work impeccable! Like new! ✨

My car has never looked nicer! They cleaned nooks and crannies that I never would have noticed and made my old commuter car look, smell, and feel new! It certainly doesn't hurt, either, that the staff are the nicest people in the industry and are incredibly knowledgeable. If you can trust your car with anyone it's them!

Just had my car interior detailed here for the first time... fantastic experience! They were very responsive and got me in quickly. Mark & Dan were a pleasure to work with, by far the best customer service I have received at any automotive shop. It was significantly less expensive than other shops in the area and it felt brand new again! Highly recommend.

They refused to give me a quote but insisted in doing a walkthrough before scheduling, items like "We only detail using a ceramic finish" etc sounded good, so I scheduled an appointment. they had my car for 6 hours and washed it including a scrub down of the seats, but only the front, no detailing of the sills, back carpets, or any of the rubber trim and used a pressure washer that ripped paint off my wheels and did not even remove the wax. Frankly, any good car wash would have done a better job, Then had the nerve to charge me $500. When I asked for an itemized receipt they said it would be automatically emailed. The only email I got just said $500. When I tried to contact them, they listed Email comes back as not valid, no one answered the phone and when I stopped by twice I was told I had to come back and talk to someone else, that happened twice. For Detailing, these guys are a sham and con men. It looked like they did ok wrapping but I was informed that was a separate person. Do Not Use Them.... Dane Johnson

There was some calcium deposit on the hood of car from the garage ceiling. They were able to get my car in quickly and got the deposit removed just in a few hours.

They installed PPF (they use STEK), and Ceramic Window Tinting for my tesla model 3. They were highly recommended by my friend who collects expensive cars. Very professional, super accommodating (They installed skid guards and spoiler although they are not officially on the menu. ) and fast! They also gave me assurance that I can come back to ask or fix anytime after if anything goes wrong (has not happened). Highly recommended!Service: Window tinting

I've never posted an online review of a business before, but had to here because Dan was the rudest customer-service representative I have ever talked to.The guy hung up on me for asking too many questions which were basic things like, "how much does this cost?", "what exactly am I getting for my money?". He was extremely condescending and could not give straight answers to "yes" or "no" type questions that were definitely not rocket science-all major red flags. As a customer, I have a right to know what I am getting for my money. Obviously here, they couldn't care less.Please, save yourself and your money and find a detail shop that cares about its customers.
