Have to give a rave review to Jaz'Myne at this location, who helped me and my elderly parents switch over from AT&T and get new phones. She was knowledgable and very patient through lots of little hiccups in the process. I hate going into these types of situations because I feel like there is typically a lot of pushy sales pressure to upgrade and add-on every possible service, which just isn't how my parents roll. Jaz'Myne was not pushy at all and was just lovely to work with.

Been here few times now and had really good experiences! Was helped by Jorge today who was very patient and personable. Having been a T Mobile customer for almost a decade, can’t complain and there’s a reason I never switched! Thanks to the team for making every encounter and upgrade easy and seamless.

They Sold me a Prepaid Card for my European Phone. In the shop it turned Out that the card did not work. They we're not able to give me my money (US$ 40.00) back. So I paid for nothing!

I've been a client of T-Mobile since they were called Voicestream - so I'm oldish. During the latest update of my phone it started glitching out beyond a simple re-boot. So, I ordered a replacement via the insurance. I was informed by the agent that I had to go into the store to exchange my phone. The phone arrived 2 days later, which was reasonable. However, when I go into the store to swap out my phone I was told that it was going to take almost 2 hours to transfer my data! Meaning that I would have to be in the store for almost 2 hours while things transferred from the old phone to the new phone. In addition to this, and after trekking all the way to the store, I was informed that there wasn't enough time to transfer my data because the store was closing in an hour and that I would have to come back tomorrow - what adult has 2 random hours during a weekday to leave work to hang out at T-Mobile?! I want to know when T-Mobile stopped sending replacement phones to our homes where this sort of thing was way more convenient?! Whoever came up with this decision should be fired. So I called customer service where I waited an hour to speak to a human at T-Mobile. Finally, I spoke to Geo, Supervisor about this issue. She was very nice but was confined by what T-Mobile will allow her to do. Geo transferred me to her Manager Lu who was without exaggeration the most condescending, apathetic individual I've spoken to in a while. Lu does not belong managing people or dealing with customers. After 2 hours on the phone in total, Lu finally told me that she would speak to the store manager where my replacement is at about letting me take 2 phones to transfer the data and then return the broken phone...like a grownup. The fact that it took this much energy and that T-Mobile representatives kept falling back on inept procedures that clearly did not work for their clients tells me that I need to take my business elsewhere.

The staff is very knowledgeable but the store is overused so their supply is limited. I had to go to Lake City office to get a better selection.

If I could give 5 negotiate stars I would. My experience with T-Mobile has been terrible. First off more bars in more places does not equal better service or coverage. Second it was a bait and switch with prices and savings. Third when trying to switch I called to get a transfer pin and asked if I needed to do anything further. I was told no. When I did the switch only 1 of the numbers on the account transferred over. I called and was told a manager needed to do something and they would call me within 2 hours. 4 hours later I call and was told I only needed to pay off my devices which I did. Then was told everything would transfer within 48 hours. After 50 hours nothing happened so I called again and was told that an override department needed to authorize the transfer since the final bill hasn't been generated. However I couldn't talk to them because they are an internal service group that only T-Mobile agents can email.So far I'm on day 6 and T-Mobile still is holding my phones and numbers hostage. I feel like they are making things and departments up.DON'T EVEN SWITCH TO T-MOBILE!! WORST CELL SERVICE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.

ZERO STARS. I walked in and there was an a tense energy between two gentlemen. One of them was a customer who appeared to be getting help from the female T-Mobile employee. The other gentleman (T-Mobile employee) was at the other table helping a female customer. When I walked in, the T-Mobile employee was telling the customer that the way they purchased the phone, it’s non-refundable. He went on to explain some other things when the customer relied, “you didn’t tell me that” (in a respectful tone).That’s when WILLIAM told the customer “it wasn’t me bro—there’s two Williams.” And he repeated it like some bratty kid…He was being pompous, raising his voice, shaking his head and just completely disrespecting and disregarding this persons needs.All while, neither of the other women are saying anything—they must’ve have been uncomfortable; I was. The intensity of the conversation was so think, I walked right past the stuff I wanted to look at (not wanting to interrupt) and did a full circle.No one greeted me. I stood there patiently waiting for this conversation to end. I was probably a full 5 mins + before I chimed in and told WILLIAM that he can could tone it down a notch, that he was being pretty rude. WILLIAM replies, “with all do respect sir, let me do my job.”I told him he’s not doing a good job because he just lost my business because he was being rude as **** to a customer.As I walked out, I wished the customer good luck and loudly stated, “I’m sorry they can’t answer your questions in a respectful manner.”I hate to put down a store because of an incredibly rude individual, however, he seemed to have no problem speaking that way to anyone. And that’s just gross.I won’t ever return to this store.
