Came in a reviewed notes from our customer service call with Johnathan. Specifically noted that we did not want to change my wife’s grandfathered plan from sprint and only add a line to a separate plan so I customer service could transfer my line to her account after the fact. Johnathan reviewed the notes and then changed the plan nonetheless, which is irreversible. Even though the notes and our explanation clearly stated our needs, Johnathan just did what he wanted to get a commission and then said we told him to do it! Awful customer service - make a mistake against our request and without our consent, then blame the customer.I will be calling the manager to complain. Don’t use T-Mobile and definitely do not use Johnathan. I’m sure he’s going to “explain” it to the manager and try to weasly his way out of taking responsibility.He claims we asked for him to add a line to the existing plan and that we would change the plan back with customer service, we did not. We asked specifically to add a separate line and then they would migrate the line over to the existing plan, we would address the BOGO promotion once the new t-mobile plan was created.Record you interactions here (with consent).Ugh…Edit: added a star because the lady who helped after Johnathan was very sweet and helpful.

Positive sales experience with Luis - we wanted a specific plan and he made it happen without pain. In and out in 40 minutes was success in my book!

Always open when they say they are and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This might be the only one in Seattle like this, so hopefully it lasts.

I was having major phone issues and went into the t mobile store on 85th and 15th NW. Jonathan greeted me and assisted by Kristin they found a cost effective way to get me a working phone and be on my way. In my past working life I was a customer service consultant/trainer and can spot customer service super stars immediately. Jonathan and Kristin exceeded all expectations and an asset to t mobile. True super stars!

I entered the store. There were two employees helping customers and another one who left the store when I was waiting. I waited for 10 minutes. I haven't heard not even a Hello! And none of the employees even look at me. They ignored me like I was invisible. I left the store and promised to my self to never go there again.

Staff are friendly, however, T-mobile's front end (retail) and back end (customer care) do not work together and are seemingly incompatible with one another. Recommend going through one or the other; otherwise they will waste your time passing you back and fourth, as it is of no consequence to them.Until T-mobile solves this issue, this incompatibility unfortunately means each facet of the company is ultimately useless to the consumer. Go to Xfinity or Verizon if you are looking for prudent service.

Thanks Jonathan!!!!!! He saved the day by fixing my phone super quick and with such kindness! He was so funny and personable, I felt so happy to be a T-Mobile customer because of Jonathan! Give him a pay raise and a bonus! He saved me from so much stress.

Poor service. Employee told us they couldn't help us because we purchased plan and devices at Costco. Went to another att store and they helped us with everything no problem.

T-Mobile has raised the bar when it comes to friendly customer service, both in this store and on the phone.Even though I could not directly drop off my return at this store, the service rep worked to print the UPS label from my email so we could apply it to the box and get it ready to ship. He attitude and will to go the extra mile was appreciated.

Came in to switch to T-Mobile to take advantage of my employer’s discount. Sales rep convinced me not to do the employer discount and use one of their current promotions that would “be cheaper in the end”. Left the store with 3 SIM cards, went home to double check the math, and shocker, the math didn’t add up to be cheaper. Went in to return the SIM cards three days later, and the sales rep mentioned to just toss them out and request a refund through their customer support. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I get to call support, and they make it clear in-store purchases can only be returned in-store. They make a note in the customer service ticket for the store manager that I am allowed to return in-store. I go to the store that same day, and the manager bluntly stated he doesn’t except returns beyond 14 days and refused to even look at the customer service ticket…This location is very used car salesmen vibes. I suggest going with AT&T which has better coverage in PNW and nearly identical prices. Or at the least, go to a different T-Mobile location. If you do get ripped off by them, don’t forget you can always file a credit card charge back against them.

Super friendly staff, but double-check what you get signed up for before you leave. Came in with a partner clearly asking for two lines on Essential Savings plan which would be $80/mo with autopay discount, before taxes and fees.First bill comes, and it's $110+ -- we got put on Essentials and Essential Savings as separate lines, and not a family plan. Went back to the location to get it fixed, and was told to call 611 instead because "We do sales, they're the billing department."Annoyed that I had to call twice to get what I asked for in the beginning, and fingers crossed that the difference is actually credited on my next bill. Not a great experience.

Stephen helped me out with transferring my phone from xfinity to T-mobile and he was incredibly helpful and patient with me as he helped me through the process. He was very clear and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need or wasn’t interested in. I wasn’t spending a lot that day and he still treated me like an important customer.Also, the service with T-Mobile has been impeccable compared to my previous service. My monthly payments are significantly cheaper with a better, unlimited data plan, AND amazing service! I actually get service in places I wasn’t able to previously. I’ve been bragging about it to everyone and highly recommend it :)
