Yesterday I needed help on an issue. I called all around town and nobody was competent enough to help me. Luckily Chris at Wallingford T-mobile was the exception to the rule that day! He knew exactly what he was talking about and I found out every other store I spoke to that day was confidently wrong. Thank you Chris for being a Competent, knowledgeable person and going out of your way to give me the help I needed! Give this man a raise T-Mobile!

Super helpful people! Were patient and thorough when I was having issues trading in a phone. Eric and Emilio were specifically super attentive. Emilio helped me for probably over an hour.

The best T-mobile store I've ever been to. The representatives (- Mariah and Dillon) at this store went above and beyond to address my service-related issues. Their patience and knowledge exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this location.

Really appreciate all the help from the staff here. Mariah and Dillon helped us all the way from the beginning to the end. Even though it already passed the store closing time, they were still very patient and solved all of our problems. Definitely the best experience.

I had such a wonderful customer service experience at this store!!My IPhone has been a little glitchy and I wasn’t sure yet if I was due for an upgrade. I was nervous to walk in without calling first, but these guys rock! They gave me SO much insight, helped me save so much money on my upgrade and answered any and every question that I had promptly and efficiently. Smoothest visit to a Cell service provider that I’ve ever had! And I love my new phone. :)

Definitely recommend this location.. my mom and I were greeted immediately and given the best service by Sailor! She went over all the promotions for the new iphone and even helped us get home Internet set up.. the manager hooked us up with a $50 rebate too!

Most stores people greet you, not in Wallingford. I made my way to Sailer who seemed put off to have to wait on someone. I asked for help with backing up data to a new phone. After a brief conversation she told me she hated being busy. This was clear to see by her lack of effort with customer service. Open your phone to settings, i did, she then navigated without sharing what it was she was doing, telling me i could deal with the prompts later. I told her I preferred to do them there as i am not tech savvy. After she started to synch my phone she said it takes about an hour. I asked if i had to be in the store, her response was i I’m not really sure. So she asked another employee, It should work. None of the answers i hoped for during a busy day of errands. I left the store after the second employee I asked if there was a new case as mine had cracked, no we get rid of all of our old inventory for new, then she reached for a new iPhone case, gold glitter and placed it on my phone without asking. I dont want to buy a glitter case that really doesn’t fit my phone i like the gold she said. I left the store and fifteen minutes into my drive the synch failed. I called the store upon my return home where I knew i would have Wi-Fi. The young man on the phone told me he couldnt help me wrought seeing my phone. I said you can i just need to know what Sailer did in settings to start the synch, is she there? She is getting ready to go home. I said, well can you just ask her i was just in the store, after a long hold he said she left. No sorry, ho help, just too bad really. I proceeded to tell him that was poor customer service and his answer was “ well its really raining “ I know i said I’ve been out in it and it s Seattle. I asked for a manager and was told he wasnt in either. No apologies just NFG. I would never go to Wallingford TMobile for anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I felt like i had walked into a nursery school of kids who were doing the minimum expected.

I came into this location to transfer service to T-mobile. Dillon and Sailor were both extremely helpful as they helped me transfer my service over to t-mobile. Will be coming back here when I need a new phone or accessories

I walked in off the street and received help from Chris, the manager, at the end of the day on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023. Wow! I had what I thought was a super complex set of questions, circumstances, conundrums, and so much more. Chris seemed unphased by all of it, and quickly vanquished every last question and concern. He strategized a transition from one carrier to another for three phones simultaneously, confirmed the preferred order of operations, told me what to do to capture my old voicemails, explained the best way to use Tmobile while traveling internationally with 2-3 phones for two people, and he even forwent having me set up an extra unnecessary monthly service (that I thought I needed) that would have put money in Tmobile's pocket and surely made his store's numbers look better ... all because it wasn't in my best interest. He did all of this quickly, with great experience and intelligence, and with kindness. The last thing I expected was for this Tmobile store visit to be fun!! I feel fortunate to have this Tmobile store nearby and I am grateful for Chris' expertise and humanity in helping run this store. I feel quite optimistic that the other reps and managers are of a similar caliber.
