Waited 25 minutes only to be told that their system is down and they cannot give new lines so we had to leave and return another time. Bad service.

When I visited, the store was currently busy with both staff associates working with customers. Jairo is incredible. While helping another customer, he was able to quickly diagnose my issue and accurately inform me how long it would be til he wraps up with the current customer. Then he was able to diagnose a new customer's issue and solve it while actively on the phone with T-Mobile support, navigating menus and questions from representatives for my issue. His ability to quickly problem solve and multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism is insane. Dude's mind is operating on a whole other level. He's going places.

Horrible customer service. I rarely give reviews but this one deserves it. I wish there was a way to give 0 stars.I got a 5G gateway device to try from the University Village store and I was specifically told that I can return it in any TMobile store.I went to the queen anne store yesterday, where they told me to cancel the service by calling customer care and print the shipping label and I can drop it off.I did the same and went back today, where another rep was in the store different from the one yesterday. She told me that they are not allowed to take it and I need to go to UPS to drop it off.They have 0 knowledge. Everyone is taught differently I guess. TMobile makes rules different for each representative or maybe they are told to make customers life as difficult as humanly possible.TMobile just lost a loyal customer today. I hope they get their act together.

I have been a customer since 2017 I go to ask a questions it seems that I get nothing but rudeness and people being short with me doesn't matter what store I go to it seems they are talking the same no matter what store

if you go to this location, DONT deal with the manager. He is super rude and makes you feel like you are a burden to him. He couldnt do anything I asked and eventually just walked away to the back room. He sent out a guy to come and help me ..HE should be the manager! He did everything I wanted the first guy to do but I didnt even have to ask!! There was also a blonde girl working that was very friendly. When the manager, TRAVIS, came back out from the back room, he had his backpack on...barked a bunch of orders at the two employees that were helping me, and then said "If you like your job, you'll get it done!" HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! EW! Dont talk to your employees like that, especially in front of customers. And dont bark orders at ANYONE, when he was just standing around when I walked in!Anyway, the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the two employees that were amazing. But the manager at this store is the absolute worst, and I will absolutely be making a call to someone higher up and letting them know how this clown is treating people!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst store I have ever been to across the board. Every time I’ve gone whether it was a lost phone or wanting to simply get customer service for my phone. They don’t care and they are out of stock of whatever. Of course if you wanna buy a brand new phone…. Ohhh plenty in stock and they’re very willing to help now!don’t go to this location. I love T-Mobile but this location is very poorly managed and the staff knows it it’s all about management. Whoever is managing needs to need to be fired or retrained.

Must be shut down immediately! This is one of T-Mobile's locations. T-Mobile is a morally bankrupt company which has caused me so much strain and wasted my time. It must be shut down right away. How shameless that it is still in operation!

Yes it feels like a Millenial remake of Clerks, but the staff were helpful, patient, and made sure I was well taken care of.

Whoever answered the phone was short, unpleasant and rather unhelpful. All he could suggest was call 611 from my T-Mobile phone.

I would never go to this place. The service was pathetic. The guy even said me why did you even decide to visit the store instead of calling the customer support ( I explained it takes time to get connected to customer support team depending upon queue size). Time to move out of t mobile actually or wish I do not have to visit that store again.

If you are trying to get questions figured out about your Sim card or any kind of help regarding your account and bills DO NOT come to this location. Let me save you the trip and your time! But if you love when you’re waiting in line and the worker see’s you and just decides to leave it up to the other workers and they go retreat to the back room, you have found your store!

Guy claiming to be the assistant manager answered the phone. Didn't even bother to care to sound like he pretends to enjoy his job. Couldn't answer a simple question for me, which was if this was a corporate store or not, and if not- where is the closest corporate store. Went on to tell me that its not his job to learn where the corporate stores are. Sounded like a young kid who just wants to play on his phone all day. If I was the Owner of this store I would fire him immediately and get someone in who understands what customer service is.
