One of the most horrific customer service experiences I've had with any company or anywhere! It all started when I tried to try out T-Mobile service at a new piece of land I own in rural Pierce County, I was told that T-Mobile is good for rural areas. So I signed up... I was told there is a certain period that you are allowed to use the phone, try it out... That if it didn't work out I could be refunded my activation fee and they would be no service charge if done within a specific period of time. Unfortunately it did not work out and the service was no better than AT&T. I canceled the service far before the time period indicated when signing up. I have now been chasing around the store manager Andy for over three months now trying to sort out my account that went delinquent, I was continuing to get charged for the monthly service, in addition to late fees and penalties each month, and then I never received a refund for the activation fee. Every time I call and leave a message I am not called back or contacted to let me know the status of these account issues and when they will be resolved. Today I called to speak to the store manager again and a female associate answered the phone, she was very short with me, insisted that I call back tomorrow because Andy was out of the office when I called. I wanted to leave a message to have him contact me with a follow up or a status report as to how things were looking, and the associate copped a really defensive and dismissive attitude with me when I asked her to simply leave him a note. I insisted further after she insisted that I call back. I then gave her my name and she hung up on me. The service at this location is apparent, horrible, and absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

UPCHARGING $5 per month because I will not give you access to my bank account for autopay, fine, tomorrow I will cancel my T-Mobile account and switch to VERIZON.Good bye!

Went this am to get data transferred from my 3 year old Samsung to my new S23 ultra & cannot say enough about the fantastic customer service in this store. The techs were patient, polite & knowledgeable. Was there for about an hour & their interactions with other customers were just as courteous.

Chyna and Yandal provided excellent customer service on 10/17/2023 at around noon. He cleaned my phone with a smile and installed a new protection screen and she efficiently found all my information. What a great team!!

Do not trust anything that they tell you! I called today to speak to the manager regarding a promise of a credit that was supposed to be given due to the store's errors that was never done. When I called the store I asked for the managers boss Dianna who seemed as just asking a question was an annoyance and was putting her out by even asking a question (absolutely rude) she didn't even want to give me his name refused to give me any contact information! BEWARE do not go in to this location!!

China and crew showed amazing patience as I came and went at least 4 or 5 times between 10:15 and 12:30. ( I am within walking distance) ..I was having issues that I brought with me., setting up a phone I bought from Apple. A Tmobile customer for over 10 years, I have never had a problem with any T mobile store. These guys take the cake though... Thanks big time guys n gals.. Without you maniacs doing what you do, Id be losing it..

I walked into this location a year or two ago, waited for something like half an hour to get a new screen protector, and walked out without any attempt at service or acknowledgement from the staff.Yesterday, I walked in to upgrade to an iPhone 15 expecting a long wait and some ridiculous hassle, and was pleasantly surprised by the new staff in the store. There were maybe 4 people in line before me, and they were all happy customers walking out of the store with whatever they needed within 10 minutes or less. Andy, Chyna, and Josh were all very pleasant and helpful, and even though they didn't have the iPhone that I wanted in the store, they took the time to help me order it, sat down and crunched numbers with me, and really worked to help me get the best deal possible. They were all very professional and personable, and my visit was actually the best experience I have ever had at a retail mobile store. I highly recommend this location to any T-mobile customer.

Came in asking for what I thought was impossible. I expressed the importance of what I was seeking to Joshua. I ate up a total of one and a half hours of his time, he had to call into customer care several times, and do what I know was a frustrating amount of scrolling through a wall of numbers.Even after all that, he was persistent and never once made me feel as if it was a burden on him. I cannot express the importance of what he's done for me and Joshua has ensured that T-Mobile will be my provider moving forward if I have experts like him to come to if I need assistance.Thank you again Joshua!!!

This rating is about Tmobile the company and not staff at this location who did their best to help a difficult situation. The staff have a tough system to work with created by a corporation who exploits their customers.

Fantastic location with excellent service! I walked with some minor scratches on my phone, and walked out not even five minutes with my problem resolved and a giant smile on my face. This team is quick, efficient, and knowledgeable -- and the store is immaculate.
