This is a great T-Mobile store, one of the Westlake business that installed ballistic riot proof glass in all the windows for safety. Great helpful staff, just be carful in the area.

Special thanks to Drew for taking and processing our trade-ins even though we didn't purchase our new phones from him or the store. We purchased two new iPhone 15s at Costco, but since Costco does not take trade-ins, we had to bring our old phones to a T-Mobile store or send them in via UPS. I know it is a thankless task for an employee at the T-Mobile store to do since they aren't getting any commission. But really, this is what customer service should be.

They have been trying to help me get some stuff figured out about my account and have been very helpful and patient throughout the situation. Still hoping to get it resolved tomorrow when the other departments over the phone are open and available.Drew especially has owned my issue and made it a personal goal to get it resolved. I would like to give T-Mobile a zero star rating. I've been a faithful customer for over two years with T-Mobile, I never missed a bill always paid on time, and I was lied to by customer care. Here's my story. I called customer care to see if I was eligible for an upgrade on any of my phones that are on my account. I was told by customer service representative that all I had to do was pay $125 which is for payments on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I can walk into any store and upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I asked the customer service representative if that's the only thing I had to pay the $125 several times and the customer service representative told me that's all you have to pay is $125 and you can walk into any T-Mobile store and trade your phone in. I did not need to pay anything else I did pay the $125 and when I went to the store to upgrade the work at the T-Mobile store told me I had to pay $450 down payment on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I told him that the customer service representative that I just spoke to said all I had to pay was $125 that is it that I did not need a down payment. so I called customer service again and spoke to a representative and told him everything that was going on and what the sales person at the T-Mobile store told me I asked for a refund they told me that they will process a refund because I was misled by the representative I spoke to, about a week and a half and I still do not have the refund every day. I call and speak to a customer service representative at T-Mobile and every day I'm told that the refund was submitted I was getting it back and I have it in 24 hours. I even spoke to a supervisor at T-Mobile several times that told me that my refund was processed and it should be in my bank and every day I keep being told that I should have the money within 24 hours. I even had a customer service representative. Call me to make sure that the money was deposited back into my account. I told her it wasn't. She told me that she would call me back later that she was going to expedite it and find out why it's not in my account because it was approved and she never called me back, so I called them again. They told me that the payment was approved and that it should be in my account then I was put on hold and was told that the representative was contacting my bank to try and find out why that money is not back in my account, which everybody knows that a bank is not going to talk to anybody else about someone else's bank account without your permission so I was on hold for about 40 minutes and then the representative hung up on me. every time I call and speak to a different representative. Every representative has a different story to tell me none of their stories match up so now I'm gonna cancel my account with T-Mobile. I am a Marine Corps combat veteran and every time I talk to them, they lie to me and have different stories. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anybody so now I have to call the corporate office and try to get to the bottom of my refund and the corporate office will see every representative that took my phone call and they will be able to hear all the different lies that I've been told to, it's just disgusting that when they want their money they take it in a heartbeat and then they jerk you around as a loyal, faithful customer for over two years and lie to cover their own ass thank you so much

Excellent service 10 out of 10, I was able to activate my new phone and new number all in less than 20 minutes, I speak very little English and it was not a difficulty for them, other than that you do not have to show ID or documents, everything is really practical and fast,

Very good and professional experience ! Had to wait in queue for about 5 minutes on entrance , but the staff was most helpful and professional helping me swiftly with my issue. It took absolutely no time at all to resolve my problem and I left as happy customer! Thank you and keep it up
