I was referred here as a new patient. I spent at a total of 1 hour on hold with their dermatology department, only to be told they do not have my referral because it takes 2 weeks for them to process one. There is no online option to make an appointment

Speaking of the facility, it's dim, uncomfortable; parking is atrocious and even charge handicap spots. Pre-pay when you don't know how long you will be here, and only one elevator in use at a time, to maximize Covid risk....I will update later if the care providers are quacks (no update, then you can assume they are competent)

I dont know how y'all got 4 stars...my mother spends an hour every single time just waiting in the lobby. Then another 30 minutes before the doctor came in the room. Ugh?
