My husband called to buy a car, unseen, because we are out of state. They REFUSED to provide service to my husband. To say I am livid is an understatement. I would not recommend. Customer service is pathetic.

Ed is a standup guy. When I called to inquire about the car he told me all the details with no lame sales pitches, no bs and he was very straightforward and honest. He held the car I was interested in until I purchased it even though he had immediate offers coming in every day. He even told me to wait until interest rates go down even though he could possibly lose a sale doing so. Every concern I had about the condition of the car was noted and addressed in a timely manner. He went above and beyond detailing the car after I had already took the car home. Love the positive attitude he has day in and day out. Always a pleasure talking to him. Wish there were more people like him in the world. Thanks for everything you have done for me, now I have my dream car and couldn’t be happier.

I recently bought a 1991 Mercedes 350SD from Superior Motors. Buying a car over the phone, without actually having seen it in person can be a bit of a daunting experience. Ed was fantastic - he Face Timed me and showed me the car honestly - the good as well as the imperfections. I bought the car and he shipped it to my home in California, where it arrived two days later. It was exactly as described, and I'm very happy with it. Ed is passionate about his cars, and dealt with honesty and integrity throughout the transaction. I would definitely buy another car from him again. Thanks Ed and Superior! :)

Ed and Andy are first class. We bought our Tesla from them a year ago. Had a recent issue with the wheel and they bent over backwards to fix it even though they didn't have to. Will definitely be buying my next car from them.

I had been searching for a Porsche 964 for over two years. While searching the internet, I found a 1992 midnight blue metallic Porsce 964 C4 on their website and called and spoke with Ed immediately after seeing the car listed in August 2020. He had explained that although he had just listed the car, that he couldn't sell it. Believe me, my first thought was "here we go... another douchey used car salesman and his sales tactics..." But, during our conversation, Ed explained that his mechanic Daniel had found some issues that he wanted to take care of before he sold the car. He explained that he was selling the car on consignment but couldn't sell it in the condition it came. The issues were fairly minor (rusted engine tins, corroded oil and brake lines, leaking power steering pump, and needed a new alternator and engine sound pad) but costly to repair since this was an aircooled Porsche and if you know anything about aircooled Porsche prices nowadays nothing is cheap, including parts. You could tell that Ed had passion for cars and cared about his reputation and he was completely transparent about all the issues his mechanic Daniel had discovered. After Ed explained the issues , I told him that I wanted to buy the car and we had come to an agreement on the price of the car during our first call, which to me seemed crazy because I hadn't even seen the car! My biggest concern was that 964s were increasingly becoming impossible to find, especially in good condition with low to moderate mileage and in any color other than black, guards red, or grand prix white, so I put in an offer and he accepted, contingent upon me seeing the car in person. Ed noted that he didn't need any deposit from me which was slightly surprising but he told me that it may take some time to get all the repairs correctly done using original Porsche parts (some parts take forever to get). So, after we made the deal, I flew up from California to meet Ed and to see the car. I fell in love with it on first sight and told him that it was a done deal. Fast forward to November 2020, during the near peak of the pandemic, my wife and I flew up to Seattle again to finally buy the car! Albeit, this was far from a "typical" car purchasing ordeal, quite far from it, I have to say it was one of the funnest, most thrilling car purchase in my entire life! Although there were so many logistical issues involved with the repairs, the actual negotiations coming to a mutual agreement on the price was easy, quick, and fair. Also, in the time it took for the car to be repaired, I formed a relationship with Ed and Daniel, the mechanic. Although waiting for all the repairs to be done was the complicating part of the purchase experience, it also made it really fun as Ed and Daniel kept me constantly apprised of the progress through many texts, photos, and telephone discussions. And, since the car was being purchased out of state, I was able to travel to see Seattle for the first time and I must say that Seattle is awesome! In the end, Ed even arranged an enclosed carrier to transport my car down to SoCal much cheaper than what I was able to find and now I must say that I absolutely love my new old car, so, so much!!! I freaking love Ed and Andy at Superior Motors! Thanks again Ed, Andy, and their mechanic Daniel at Union Motorsports!!!!!!! One thing I left out was that even with all of the expensive repairs that were done to the car ($5,200 in parts and labor, told you Porsche parts are expensive!), I still got the car near Ed's initial asking price. And, since I purchased this car in November 2020, the car has actually increased in value!

Amazing experience working with Ed and his team. My past experience in the car industry made me weary as I often felt mislead or taken advantage of by dealerships. Ed was a breath of fresh air. He is a man that is true to his word and more importantly his actions. He actually cares about customer relationships and that can't go understated. I would recommend Superior Motors to anyone looking to consign or purchase a vehicle and feel genuinely cared for!
