The Stuf Storage on 2nd ave is horrible. Its not staffed by anyone from Stuf. Security people for other building nearby are the only wat to get into your storage, so if they are busy doing something else, you will have to wait to get access. They also have to key the elevator to go DOWN to the storage. One can not take the elevator DOWN themselves, which means you need a security person EVERY time you may need to go down in the elevator. No adequate dollys for moving big items. Only a man sized door to get into storage area. No way to have continued access when unloading stuff, the doors cant be left open, which means you must call poor security people AGAIN to let you in. No dedicated parking. Basically, if you cant carry it in your pocket, its not suitable to store your stuff at this Stuf.

I love this storage facility. It’s super clean and bright and there’s always someone to answer any questions or on site needs. Made my move a breeze, definitely recommend.
