Carlos is the ONLY person I ever see working or even here when I need to see someone at this location!!! Best employee around- I hope he is well paid and appreciated for the value he brings to this location! A trusted employee by the community who is honest, hardworking and most makes this facility a safe pleasant experience.

I have a total of 3 storage units unfortunately. One large one at this location and 2 at another chain across town. The price was reasonable and I was working on moving my other units to this location.When i first moved in I asked about the price being some promotional thing because if the price jumps up in a few months i would not be moving in. I was assured the usual yearly increase was to be expected. 4 months later the price jumped another $100 a month. Very deceiving and I will have to move out of the unit. Will not be renting additional units from here.Will give 2 stars because everything else was fine.

As far as storage facilities goes this one has been pretty good no complaints

They raised the rental charge from $185 to $232. There is not a schedule of increases in the rental agreement, but the company has a policy of raising the rate at 5 months. The agreement says they can raise the rate at any time, but does not disclose their actual policy with their actual timeline. Anyways, just be aware that the cost will go up 20%+ a few months after you move your stuff in.

While I am not a fan of storage unit businesses, I found this place quite friendly. I came in here to pay my daughter's bill and the young man that help me was polite and kind and we actually shared some of the same music that we enjoy.

We recently rented a storage unit from Carlos, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Needed a storage unit on short notice in or around West Seattle. I called this place along with the other nearby competitors and was happy with StorQuest's value and ease of access.
