These guys majorly fixed me up!! Not only were they super nice & helpful, but my car was completed in a very decent amount of time, and I was provided updates throughout. Upon pickup, I was totally shocked to learn that they fixed another, completely unrelated part of my vehicle free of charge. Shoutout to Nick, especially!
I’ll certainly come back in the future for any repair needs.

I had an unusual repair, out of my pocket, no insurance, for a thought provoking repair of rust on my 2012 GTI.
This required a craftsman's skill, the results were outstanding.
Collision could have said, "we're too busy" instead of accepting the challenge.
This is an accomplished shop, excellent front end people, Gage and Nick.
It's not an indictment to say you know an excellent body shop.
Excellent business, Drew

We bought our 2022 Mini Cooper SE EV new and have been enjoying it immensely as our city commuting car, at least up until a hit and run commuter bounced his door off of our hood and damaged it and the passenger side marker light. Because Classic Collision is on our insurance company's repair network and had great reviews, we took our car to them. It's a fact that all body shops have a backlog of cars needing repair in this city, for one reason or another, but at least we had another greater-range EV we could commute in while our beautiful British Racing Green Mini (Nessie) was under repair. Classic Collision provided great communication throughout the process and Gage and company made sure to not only get a replacement OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) hood and trim-marker light from Seattle Mini, but made absolutely sure the new unpainted hood perfectly matched the rest of the car color before I picked it up. They even washed the car inside and out. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and it was worth waiting a few weeks.

It is a terrible place, the workers are not qualified to do the job, I had to return 7 times to have them review my work, why every time they forgot things

Gage, Regina the entire crew & office of this professional organization have treated me and my vehicle with the utmost of care & know how from start to finish. Their professionalism, kindness & commitment to excellence extends even beyond. Classic collision still delivers customer service care enough to stand behind thier work & always make things right.
I have had two very minor after repair issues handled by this company with no hassle or stress. I recommend them to anyone needing the services offered by this honest local business.

It took quite a while to get in. It's the sign of the times, and they are extremely busy. But they are the nicest, especially Gage, and they do really, really good work. A lot of the same employees that worked for Stetners. If you have ever gone there before, it's the same quality of service.

Do not take your car here! Horrible experience. Tl;dr: Didn't communicate well, damaged my car during the repair multiple times. Untrustworthy. -- Repairing minor damage to passenger door (not a claim), estimated around 15 hours of labor and paint. Took over two weeks to complete, with poor communication when work would be done, changed my plans multiple time to pick up, based on when they said it'll be ready, only to be told it wouldn't be ready. "Need it a bit longer, to get it looking great for you". Early in the repair, got a call to say that they recommend replacing part of the driver's door handle (not the door with damage) as they discovered a problem with it, and it would probably break in the future. They ordered the part before I had given the OK. The day I was supposed to pick-up, got a call to say they broke another door handle reassembling the door, this time the passenger door. So the pickup would be delayed another day. So two door handles replaced during the work, I had to pay for one of them, but suspect they broke both of them. When checking out I was told the car was due for a service, to get the check engine light reset. But I dropped the car off without any lights on, and it wasn't due for a service. Weird. So they plugged in their computer to reset the lights. When the driver door was open, I noticed dents in the wall of the door, and a crease, and damage to the interior door panel. It was obvious that they damaged the drivers door while doing the repair (the one which I needed to replace a handle on). The crease and damage clearly shows where the tech was trying to pry the interior panel off the door. This type of work is unacceptable. I pointed it out,and they started estimating the repair for the damage they caused. Urghh! The idea of them working on the car for another two weeks wan't something I was prepared to do, so proposed a discount which they gave me, just wanted to be done with them. Other stuff I noticed after I left: a third of a tank of gas was used (I dropped it off full), and I discovered a new Samsung phone was paired to my bluetooth. I bought this car new and have only paired iPhones. Someone was using my car as a run around.

Everyone I worked with here was fantastic and really communicative, they gave me updates on my car as much as they were able to and showed me pictures of the whole repair process at pickup. They were able to squeeze me in almost 2 months early and finished in half the time they were expected to. Regina and Gage were both extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Overall experience was average. Here are the main reasons:1. Their failure to do the repair work correctly that resulted in my blind spot monitoring malfunctioning. This caused a further 2.5 week delay in getting the car back to me2. They left the front left wheel which was replaced in the boot of my car. One would expect the repair company to dispose of any equipment they replaced.3. The rear seats of the car were visibly dirtier than when i left the car with them. I would have expected that the repair company adequately clean the car before handing it over
