Our room was on the busy street. 2nd floor. Was very loud in the morning.

We stayed for a pre-cruise night ahead of a departure from Port of Seattle. This Hotel was great value for money and one of the only properties that I was able to find with apartment style rooms with multiple beds/bedrooms.

We stayed here while visiting UW's campus. It was about a 13 minute drive to campus, which wasn't bad.
If you are looking for a walkable neighborhood to get a bite to eat, this isn't it. We ended up getting Door dash and driving to get groceries. We had a suite, so there was a stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
The hotel does have a nice breakfast buffet with yogurt, eggs, sausage, scones, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, milk, and coffee.
I paid to park. Parking is underground and pretty convenient. It was tight maneuvering the roads surrounding the hotel. You use your hotel key to access it. Plenty of spaces, so it was worth it.
On the 4th floor has a lovely rooftop sitting area. You can see Lake Union and the Seattle Skyline.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Every day, the only meat option available was pork, with no beef in sight for the entire duration of my visit. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to having a more diverse selection of meals. For a hotel that caters to a wide range of guests, it's unacceptable to have such a limited and unaccommodating menu. I won’t be staying here again.

This place is really loud right by the main road. Avoid at all costs if you want to sleep.

The family and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites -Freemont on May 21st- 24th, 2025 and then again May 26th-28th, 2025 while we were attending our daughters wedding.
I would like to take the time to compliment the staff during our stays at the hotel. First I would like to let you know that Emily and Tristan at the front desk and were VERY helpful, accommodating and friendly. Anytime I had a concern or question they did not hesitate to help.
We loved everything about the hotel. All employees we encountered were very friendly and courteous. The staff maintaining the breakfast and evening social were great and accommodating.
Everyone made our stay a very enjoyable experience.
The next time we are up visiting our daughter in the Seattle area , we will DEFINATLEY be staying at the Staybridge Freemont again !
Thank you for your time,
Tim Cowan

Rooms: The wheelchair accessible room was just ok - spacious enough, but small furniture that wasn’t all that comfortable. Doors were just big enough for a wheelchair but no button or accessible way to open them. There was a shower chair, but it was broken (missing screws) and collapsed with use nearly causing injury. They replaced it, but still extremely dangerous. Shower has a roll-in entrance but improper drainage and water ran all over the bathroom with each use.
Noteworthy details: Rooftop view is lovely. The Fremont neighborhood is great. Housekeeping is extremely minimal, except on request.

Great place to stay, rooms are comfortable. The staff are excellent and always willing to help out, especially Emily at front desk who goes out of her way to support and solve any issues. Definitely recommend the place.
Rooms: Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Nearby activities: Close to all places for sightseeing.
Safety: Excellent for families.

The Staybridge floor layout is superb. Two rooms is the best solution for large families
But the staff here are the star of the show
They are respectful, helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the overall level of service. They all were at a much higher level l than what has become typical. For this reason, I will be back.

We stayed here for 6 nights. There’s complimentary breakfast daily. They even have some evening social with alcohol and snacks on some weekdays. Easy parking. There’s a good size desk for my husband to work remotely. Large fridge. Free laundry facility. Nice attentive staff. Good location, it far from the downtown. Although traffic can make traveling difficult. Overall it’s much better than I expected. We enjoyed our stay.

I booked a stay for 3 nights for Four people. When we Got into the hotel room there was one bed, when we Then asked if the couch was ready for sleeping on. They did not even come and lay bedsheets on, they game with a plastic bag with all the bed essentiels inside of. And we ourselfs at the hotel had to prepare our beds on the first night Staying here. I Would never i my right mind recommend staying here.

Our time at Staybridge was not great. We were in town for the baseball game and I called an hour before I arrive to confirm if we could check in early the person took my info and confirmed they had a room ready for us. When we arrived they told us there was no longer a room ready it was first come first serve. Which was not advised when I phoned. The parking situation there is very akward and it’s not close to any restaurants. There were never any pool towels any time we went to use the pool I had to go to the front desk everytime. The pool water was cloudy you could tell the chemicals were off balance. There was only one working elevator the whole time we were there as well and a staff member told me it had broke the previous Friday. It was also noted when I booked the pull out bed would be queen size and it was only double at best. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast they had a good selection. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed for the money we spent in the IHG brand.

Customer service: friendly and genuine. Trey was very warm and welcoming. I appreciated the one pager of welcome tips on wifi, breakfast times, and other info.
Room: our corner room faced Aurora way but the noise didn't really bother the three of us; it was similar to a white noise machine. The room was spacious with a full fridge, cook stove and sink. We didn't use the kitchen but a great option for families.
Location: 8 min walk down to the Fremont Troll; 25 min walk to Gasworks park. We stayed here the night of July 4 and while the rooftop was packed with other guests, had a great view of the Seafair fireworks. For food, Tacos Al Lago was delicious and about a ten min walk away.
Overall: an excellently run, clean and friendly IHG hotel. Managers/owners/employees take pride in this place and it shows.
