The car wash here is one of the worst I've ever used. There was almost no soap dispensed. The bristles spun so fast and were old and dirty, I thought they were going to damage my car. My car didn't even get clean or dry afterwards.

Speedway rewards card does not work here and the corporate agent said it was because it is an Express location. Why does the Speedway Express at 765 Rainer Ave S, Renton, WA accept it then? This is how I learned of the card in the first place and after taking my personal information (which they probably sold for profit)! Edit: I contacted your link to have the agent say that we are supposed to be able to enter a rewards number and that is false. The pump doesn't even ask to enter rewards at all. Rip off of $0.05 per gallon

I purchased $20 of gas at 10 pm last Friday at the Kingston, WA Speedway Express to be able to use the restroom. Upon politely knocking at the locked door, I was denied entry by the female employee inside the convenience store, which still had all the lights on, where the restroom was located. A 64 year old retired banker dressed business casual with a dress jacket, I was hardly an intimidating presence that justified this rude treatment.I will not use Speedway Express again.

This place is always closed every time I come here. All I wanted was some energy drinks it's 4am and this place is not 24 hrs. The sign on the door says not open till 6a. Today is July 21 2023Today is September 20th 2023 and the person working here @ 4am heard me knocking, as the sign clearly states- to knock only serving one person at a time. There aren't any customers in the store and he refuses to look at me or open the door. I'm never coming to this store again.

There is this older woman who denied me to get me my energy drinks because she confused me with someone else that had perioviously done something and I was refused being served. I had my whole ID and everything ready. I am never going to this store AGAIN Again AND AGAIN! Shut this store down!

Every Time I come here They are always closed With a sign in the window. This signs been up for at least an hour since I've seen it. I've come here different times of the day and they're closed 50 Minute lunch break with no ETA on time back. Shift Change takes up to an hour. Cleaning??? Seriously I Just want an energy drink or snacks can't seem to get that here since THEY Aren't 24 HOURS!

DO NOT GET GAS HERE! I put $14 of gas in my Prius and was charged $175! The manager said their pumps get hacked regularl. I disputed the transaction immediately and my bank came back and said Speedway Corporate said it was a legitimate charge. I never got my money back! Choose a different gas station!

Good gas prices and more recently I’ve been encountering pretty friendly staff. It’s a good spot to pickup whatever you might need while you’re on the go.They don’t have the tap and pay on the gas pumps, just FYI for all those mobile wallet users who like to use any of the tap and pay apps like Apple Pay or google pay, etc etc but that’s ok, the store is usually open to be able to pay inside if needed (for using cash or the tap and pay method) only cards at the pump though:)Also, apparently they have a car wash. I’ve never seen it up and running though. It’d be nice if it would be open/is open and working since it’s in such a convenient location.

This place has horrible associates. Is always closed due to shift change or break. I get employees need to take a break but for an employee to just throw up a random sign stating 50 min break without a notice of when they're coming back is ridiculous. Usually stores have a be back time. Not let's milk the clock and take a few hours break just cause the signs up.

They told me I put my gas on a different pump while they’re having issues with their pumps and when I asked for my money back while both cashiers are arguing with me they told me I had to pull my truck to the pump that “I” told them I was on when the lady walked in halfway through my transaction because the other cashier didn’t know how to get the code the computer threw cleared. I asked for my money back several times they refused and made me move my truck until they could figure out what was wrong with their pumps. So instead of the usual 5 minutes I take at the gas station I’m now going to be late to get my kids because they decided that they were gonna figure out what they did wrong instead of just give me my money back like I asked several times. So irritating and they’re extremely unprofessional. (I paid with cash not a card.)

Employee was in there reading a newspaper and getting coffee with a sign on the locked doors that reads shift change and I'm up here holding up cash while he just looks at me can't tell me how long it's gonna be didnt do nothing just staring

Gas pumps slow..they had a sign up two weeks ago staying they were waiting on a fix well here we are three weeks later and same issue. Go elsewhere for gas this place will cost you more than the gas itself in time wasted on broken, slow pumps.
