These have to be the best small speakers ever made! Great sound and price point. I have my point 2’s powered by my Marantz 1060 from the mis 70’s.

Sad to hear they have been kicked out of their home. Excellent speakers, taff and customer service. I hope they will resurface again soon.

I went here to get some parts to install a new deck in my Jeep. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable (not to mention very friendly) and helped me get the things I needed right away. They let me open the packaging and walk it out to my Jeep to make sure the parts were correct and would fit, which I appreciated since I am a novice when it comes to this stuff. They even gave me a few wire connectors for free! I would highly recommend Speakerlab to anyone who needs parts for a car audio upgrade.

Speaker Lab installed a stereo in my 1982 BMW 733i and did an amazing job. Sound and fit was spectacular! Highest recommendation.

Great experience, & really great outcome! Went to get upgrade of speakers in my Sprinter van(even Mercedes cuts corners). Ann showed me various possibilities, then wanted to ask Scott(the installer/sound specialist) his advice on amplifiers & speaker sizes that would fit in the dash and doors with insulation materials. She calls me back, tells me what Scott recommended, gives me quotes on each item, & gives me an appt. The result is REALLY NICE!!! Great job on the install Scott! Crisp, deep, & especially nice at low volume. Thank you.

Nice alternative to the "BIg Box Stores" I had a car stereo put in VW Bug at Speakerlab 2 year ago and I found the sales staff very knowledgable. The installation was done on schedule and for the quoted price. I've had to take the car back last year because somehow my wife and reprogrammed the radio and couldn't getting it working. The installation staff was very patient reviewing what had happened and how to correct the problem if it happens again.

I have been coming to Speakerlab for several years and wouldn't take my business anywhere else! I've had them install many car electronics and have never had any complaints whatsoever. Each install was completed in a timely manner and the work has always looked perfect and carefully done. I've been able to recommend this business to some friends as well as family members and they were all equally as pleased as I. You can rest assured that you will receive good, quality work and great customer service from Speakerlab. I once had a small wait time due to products being back ordered but that can only be expected from a small business. I usually do not take the time to write many reviews but felt that this Speakerlab was fully deserving of some glowing reviews and I look forward to working with them in the future!

As an update to my review: I went in to pick up a (surprise!) missing part and get a receipt for a partial refund, as well as to vent my full frustration to the owner, who hadn't been involved in this 6+ week debacle. After arguing with me (and then insisting she wasn't arguing) she decided to make an insulting comment to me as I walked out the door, then proceeded to tell me they haven't been in business that long with customers walking out the door angry, but blamed ME for instigating her to the point that she made the insult. UNVELIEVABLE. If only I could rate this place and the people that own it and work there lower than one star...

I took a pair of high end vintage speakers in to have the crossovers rebuilt with the promise of a phone call after investigating and then given options. That never happened. I later recieved a message saying the speakers were done. When I picked them up I was informed that a tweeter was replaced, with a different brand, because the original was no longer sold nor were parts. I asked for the original tweeter back but was told it was thrown away. If you care about quality sound you should forget these guys. The speaker with new tweeter sounded like garbage. With a five minute search online I found the factory parts to rebuild the original (thrown away) tweeter. They ruined that speaker, but told me it sounded great. Really? That's acceptable to you? Wow. I'd find somebody else to service your speakers.

We've used speakerlab on 4 different cars (over several years), to install MP3 adapters and other car electronics. Each installation has been clean, professional and works great. The one time (recently) when a part failed was on my MP3 adapter (after several months, the part was bad). I took it back for Jeremy to look at, and he immediately swapped it out with a fresh part, no charge and no questions asked. I had been to a different more chainy place for a previous car I owned (rhymes with Par Crows), and that place's install resulted in a dented glove box. It felt like the installer there had used his boot to kick the parts in. At Speakerlab I feel like my precious car is in good hands, with a quality install by the _real_ pros.

I ended up getting my car stereo upgrade here after visiting six other shops. Speakerlab first off seems more tailored the audiophile, while they probably could do thumping car stereos, but if that's your bag you probably already went to Stereo Warehouse. Jeremy at Speakerlab knows cars inside and out and actually listened to what I wanted, rather than most other places that just wanted to do "more power" like a Binford tool sales guy. The Hertz speakers they carry blew me away - absolutely stunning audio for the price and power efficiency. Install was spot on, done on time, no issues. My only recommendation for them is to clean their glass smudges post install, just a little nice thing to do.

Nice store, overbearing sales people. I stopped in to look at some pictures. I was greeted by a lady behind the front desk. She nicely offered to help me with something. I politely declined and noted that I wanted to walk around the store. This little block is the epicenter of high end audio in the city, so that's all the fun. She kept asking me if I was looking for something in particular. A nice, unobtrusive shopping experience was what I was looking for. Sadly, they're the only Paradigm dealer in the city. I guess I'll be shopping in PDX the next time I'm down there.

Showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told they were over booked. Rescheduled and came back a week later. Was then told they were not comfortable doing the install with my equipment and wanted to sell me some very expensive products of their own. I'm not sure why they didn't know they couldn't do the work the first time they inspected the car. I got the feeling that the first guy quoted me too low a price and the installer didn't want to do the work. They no longer have to worry about working on my cars.
