Been here a couple dozen times over the years on business and they are great. One time here, I almost fell on my behind trying to pull some cargo out the back of my van. Funny stuff. Did the whole standind falling backward with arms flailing like a chupacabra during rut. Good people here.

I really love southwest and have been faithful for the most part for many years. I just love how they keep it light and the seating policy, even though people are always trying to board out of order. I had one issue in Colorado and the luggage took 4ever. When that happened they told us we would have points automatically added to our flight. That happened but it took about 5 phone calls to come to fruition. I was surprised that i had to beg.

Book your tickets @ Southwest Airlines Phone Number (888) 405-4318. Phone Number is for Reservation desk and booking query @ Southwest Airlines Customer Support, Billings office for Refund/Cancellation timing 24/7 hours. I love Southwest Airlines. It took me years to try Southwest but when I did I fell in love. They are nice and friendly and everything an airline should be.

Wouldn't recommend these airlines. They don't help you much if you are faced with multiple flight delays and delayed bags. Super bad customer service.

I was looking forward to vacationing but instead I am spending an entire extra day in the airport instead of at my destination. Southwest customer service helped my friend and I book a flight, we paid, checked in and had our boarding passes. As we were almost boarding the plane, southwest cancelled my ticket that had been prepaid and said it was no longer going to work. I spoke to two different customer service agents who didn't seem to be able to figure out how the original customer service agent booked our flight or what went wrong as far as why my ticket got cancelled when it was prepaid. One rudely said you won't be on that flight today. The only other option that was offered to get to our destination was to purchase another ticket and spend an entire extra day in the airport. So arriving at the airport at 4am and taking a nonstop flight at 6am has now ended with needing to purchase ANOTHER ticket and not arrive at our destination until 9pm which means we miss an entire day of vacation at additional cost. I wish I had flown Delta or Alaska so I could enjoy my vacation as originally scheduled and paid for. I will try to avoid flying southwest from now on.

Thank you Southwest for always providing such a great flight experience! We had a super fun crew aboard our Vegas to Seattle flight tonight! Working in a training field for customer service, I am always thankful to see this level of service! Everyone was upbeat, kind and ready to help! Was even able to snap this beautiful sunset shot as we flew over top My. Adams!
