Love this studio! Noah and Eric are my faves. Great vibes, great playlists. They keep it interesting with fun choreo and I’m never bored!

I've enjoyed taking classes here - Stephanie is so energetic and motivating! All of the instructors seem to love what they do. There's free 2 hr parking at the whole foods across the street (with purchase).

Wonderful studio with the most friendly people. It was only my 2nd cycling class ever and they made me feel right at home. Someone came with me to help me clip in my shoes and adjust my bike. Highly recommend Stephanie who led an amazing class. ??

Thank you SoulCycle for bringing the spice to SLU. The staff is incredible and is beyond accommodating. The instructors are so diverse, I love it. Each one has their own style and musical groove, and will bring out something unique in your workout. Special props to Stephanie, who will get your working harder than you thought you were capable of.The space itself is well appointed: plenty of lockers, showers, and restrooms. Space can be a little tight between classes, but it's worth it.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A COMMUNITY AND A PLACE TO DE-STRESS. IF YOU ASK THEM FOR HELP, THEY’LL ASK YOU TO LEAVE. The movie “I Feel Pretty” is an accurate representation of how people will treat you at this gym. This was my first time trying Soul Cycle. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and have been a regular cyclist. My girlfriend lives near by, who is a spin instructor, so I was really excited to find a spin class and make this a weekly thing together.I completed the warm up, the first 2-3 songs and drills. The cycling shoes were making my feet cramp, like the whole soles of my feet were burning. I tried in and out of the saddle, but any position made them burn. It felt like I was giving myself plantar fasciitis.I exited the class out the back not to disturb anyone else. I went to the lobby to ask for help adjusting my shoes or peddles. I was reluctant to wear spin shoes because this happened to me last time I did, but their peddles are only click-in, so I had no choice. One of the girls was really helpful at first, giving me a better understanding of how to adjust the shoes, but then she kept prying and asked if I was going to be in the 630 class. I said, I’m in this class right now, the 530. The first thing she said to me was, you shouldn’t wear your shoes outside, it can ruin them. The back door of the studio only leads you out to the street, so I had to enter the front doors of the lobby. She didn’t seem to understand that I had just left the studio. Apparently, once you leave the class, you can’t re-enter the studio. She looked over at what seemed to be her supervisor, a very young female who looked inexperienced in managing, to get her to back her up. She proceeded to tell me that it’s their “policy” that you can’t re-renter the studio if you leave and I can’t finish the class because of the risk of liability that I might injure myself because I’m not warmed up. I told her, I’m dripping in sweat, I’m obviously warmed up; I came out here to ask for help and you won’t let me finish my workout? You’d rather make me suffer through the class so I can finish my workout, while injuring my feet, actively giving myself plantar fasciitis, if I can’t leave to ask for help? She said she could credit my account so I could try another class. I said, don’t bother. I won’t be coming back.

Great SoulCycle studio. Easily accessible, helpful staff, energetic instructors and music. Was visiting from out of town and they made it seamless!

Overall I loved attending the class, it was very enthusiastic, lot of motivation and high energy. My only concern is that the mic was way too loud that at one point it was hurting my ears when instructor was speaking. I would advise to keep that a little lower or maybe test it before class starts.

Soul Cycle SLU is incredible. From the overall atmosphere (super clean and smells good too!), to the soul cycle tribe who you ride along with, to the amazing team and instructors cheering you on. Shout out to instructor Stephanie, thank you for being so inspiring!

On vacation with my teen daughter. Took a 7am class with Tommy and it was the best energy I could imagine. Made our trip to Seattle 100%.

I recently was on a waitlist for a popular class. I decided to show up to the studio, in hopes another rider would bail last minute and I could take their bike. Unfortunately, no one ended bailing and the class was completely full. Bryce and Mateo brought into the studio the display stationary bike for SoulCycle at home classes so I could participate. Thank you for both for going above and beyond! You help to create a welcoming environment that sets this studio apart.

Other than no good parking option, this studio is good.
