Had such a great time walking around Pike Place Market and visiting all the shops. This was definitely one of my favorite stops and recommend that everyone try the delicious fruit here!! There was this really fun, nice guy who was handing out samples and taking time to help us out with parking and deciding which fruits to get which I really appreciated!! Definitely worth a stop or two ;)

I love getting my grocery form this organic farm-like stall. Everything is so fresh and helpful staff. As someone who cooks Iraqi-Türkish cuisine most of the week, I find most of what I need here: high quality ingredients, some of which isn’t available at other places.

I LOVE the peaches here. I mean, I'm seriously obsessed and get them weekly. I still have to try the other fruit, but have heard great things about the mangos, so I'll make it a point to try everything here!

I love the peaches, but they don't weigh nearly one pound each as it states on FB, at least for delivery. The largest was about 12 ounces (though I didn't check every one), most somewhere around 11-12 ounces. So, 15 peaches for $139, delivered, is $9.27 per peach or roughly 81¢/oz. or $13/lb. But they are delicious. The fact that each has been great and remind me of my childhood, makes them worth it to me. But please be honest about that almost a pound per stuff.

Although the manager was very friendly while checking out, the price I paid for the few pieces of the fruit & vegetables( some tomatoes, peaches, eggplant) was a complete ripoff! I did not receive an itemized receipt so I am not sure how he calculated the cost of the fruit. I should have known better tbh. However this is how you lose potential clients, and I will not ever return. It’s a shame that they overcharge clients like this, but perhaps they care more about making their overblown profits on tourists instead of reliable locals.

One of the larger and more well stocked fruit stall in the market. Staff are friendly and will hand out samples for you to try before deciding what to get. They know most people shopping are from out of town so they pack their fruits and produce very well for you to travel with.

Visiting Sosio’s is a Pike Place experience. I bought some fantastic mangos that was crazy expensive, but he was giving out samples that were just amazing. It’s a fun and bustling shopping experience. Super friendly folks.

Fresh produce, also had a bunch of fruit I normally wouldn't see out in the mid west and other farmers markets nearby. Would definitely go here if you wanna go out on a picnic or enjoy some nice, fresh fruit.Edit: A lot of the photos for this place is kind of confusing to locate it. It's on the ground floor of the market, near the entrance to where all of the fish markets are.

So many cool and fresh produce to pick from. We’re from CT so couldn’t buy anything today but will be picking up some items before our flight on Sunday. We got to try the purple asparagus and it was delicious. The lady working there was also very friendly.

The colors and visuals of the fruit stands are one of the things I love about visiting Pike Place Market but not only is Sosio's visually appealing but the fruit here is amazing! I've stopped by here numerous times through the years and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, offering samples and helping you pick great fruit. The nectarines I got on my most recent trip were perfectly ripe and super juicy, some of the best that I've had! The only downside is that the fruit here is pricey for sure- but know that you get what you pay for!

Sosio's IS pricey but absolutely worth it for the quality. I used to think PCC (the high-end grocery store in Seattle) and the farmers market had really good fruit, but Sosio's has really elevated and expanded my mind as to what is possible for good fruit. I know this sounds dramatic, but it really is incredible how sweet and flavorful their fruit is. Somehow they source the best of each type of fruit. They'll even pick the best of the already excellent lot if you ask them to (but of course, you have the control to pick for yourself too). Along with having extremely delicious fruit, they have such a great selection of fruit that you can't find elsewhere. From my experience, they've let me try almost any fruit there. With all of that said, I would say skip buying "boring" fruit or fruit that you can't appreciate the difference in quality since you won't be able to justify the higher price tag. However, if you can even tell a little bit or want a unique fruit, the fruit here is worth every single penny.

My husband and I visited a few years ago and the fruits were amazing! Staff was friendly, and we were able to sample some stuff. I finally ordered a box of fruit as a treat for myself and I'm so impressed with the quality, and how helpful they were when I ordered. Thank you! I can't wait to order again!Edited to add a big thank you to Mike and Serena. You guys are amazing!

Some of the freshest produce I have had in Seattle. Be sure to try a sample of the white nectaries and plumcots if they are in season. The plumbs are also delicious. Be sure to ask for samples, that's how they get you hooked. They are very nice and love to chat.

After my below review the they responded and asked me to call for a refund. I called they apologized and said they were supposed to ask how far I lived and gave me items that weren't as ripe so they could survive the trip home. I got a refund for the bad items. They were very nice and apologetic. I would stop there again when I'm back there in the summer. So they've gone from a 1 star to 5 stars!!They let you taste the fruit. What they let me taste was delicious. However most of what they hand picked for me (you don't have the option to pick your own produce) was rotten. Three hours after purchase when we were on the train headed back home the raspberries were rotten and moldy, the nectarines were rotten both purchases I threw away on the train. This morning I taste the pomegranate and it was dry and no where near as juicy as the sample pomegranate they had for tasting. The grapes seem fine. The cauliflower was delicious. I'm glad I had this experience. From here on if I can't touch and then choose my own produce I won't buy or waste my time. I spent $35, what a waste And I don't live close by where I could just go back and get a refund and give them back their rotten fruit

The reviews about the owner berating employees are true! I had a working interview there. The owner is aggressive toward customers and his staff. I walked out the first time he walked down to me in front of customers. I could tell the they felt bad for me.Do not take samples! The owner instructed me to not change gloves after I touched money. The gloves are for optics. The knives are stored in a gross little crevice of the displays, and there’s no system for washing the produce before sampling.
