Melissa Melchior, she was so rude and crazy!Experienced discrimination and racism by Royal Princess Cruise when checked in at Seattle Port in Aug. 2023. Had very bad experience at checking in station. I had Green card plus my foreign passport. When Coco helped me, she took my Green card and Passport and walked away without saying anything. Then I saw she and 4 or 5 of her other coworkers were discussing together. They kept checking my passport and laughed very wired. Me and my husband were standing there and totally didn't know what happened. I saw they pointed fingers toward to us, felt like they treated me like suspicious. During our waiting time, no one came back and explained to us what happened. After almost 10mins, Coco came back and handed my IDs to me without explaining anything. I asked her why took so long time, she said because the cruise will pass by Canada, they wanted to make sure if I have the VISA for Canada. I told her I was very upset with the service and asked her what was her name, she told me her name was COCO, and I asked her full name, she walked away and got her manager Clint to talk with me. Clint, the manger said they needed to check if I have Canada VISA, I told him that I have Green Card, why needed VISA to go to Canada? My passport last name and my Green card last name is different because I made name change after I got married, they should ask me first what was the reason and I had Marriage Certificate with name change scanned on hand. I asked what was COCO's full name, he rejected to answer, then I asked what was his full name, he rejected to answer as well. At the same time, COCO tried to interrupt my conversation with Clint, she smiled very strange, so I said I didn't like her smile. Clint told me if we didn't leave he will get security and kick us out off the ship. Then he stepped away and was looking for security. This was me and my husband's anniversary, my husband was scarified and included me, we thought we will be kicked out off the ship for sure. Later both of us cried outside of the ship. I talked with Matt Baines and Melissa Melchior, Melissa said all of my fault, I was the person who threatened her employees and made them cry after I told Matt that we were threatened by their employees and they made us cry. Melissa had a security with her when she talked with me, she was very rude and unprofessional.

Google maps and then the posted signs led us right to parking. Shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. Have your Current documents ready when you leave the parking area. Take a few pics of your parking location. Keep medications, documents and keys With you Not in checked bags. Have plenty of cash with you for tips.

The walk up waiting lanes are not as clearly marked as they could be. The signs are hung low and hard to see- if you don’t ask someone, you could be waiting in the wrong lane: people with no luggage to drop off (carry-on, or use a porter for luggage), people with luggage to drop off, and then those without luggage tags and need to get them. Some of the people working there were super passive and didn’t stop a giant (20+ people) group from cutting in line because they didn’t stop the cue until a supervisor ran up and stop the rest of the random line from crossing the road.Once in line for bag drop off, and security— it was very easy and instructions were clear. It’s the outside waiting line that was crazy.Be patient!Print your luggage tags before hand.Have your meds and passport/id on you.

I loved it!! It was my first cruise and this place really made the beginning experience seamless. From the luggage area to check in to the ship. It made the experience that much more exciting.

A little difficult to get to if you make a wrong turn, which I did, but once back to n track, it was very easy to get to the drop off and boarding area. Everyone was polite, customer service oriented, and very kind and helpful. No stress boarding at all.

Easy in, easy out. Big plus - The 'port valet' service is fantastic. We put our luggage outside of our stateroom and we did not see it again until we arrived at our home airport.

Easy parking, we had to cut our cruise short and had to pick up our cars in the middle of the night, manager was very nice to us and so was the attendant. They even pulled our cars to the front gate. They were a great.

We were very impressed with this eatery. They were very good at serving our gluten free people and my daughter who has major issues with allergies to fermentation... Very understanding of her issues

I was at the pier because I was going on in Alaskan cruise. The only reason it's getting one star is because they do move us along pretty smoothly. But the people who work there are so rude. I told my husband I feel like I'm in prison being yelled at by all the guards. What happened to customer service?

Processing was fast and easy. On the ship quickly. Nothing fancy, but can handle the cruise ships. Great views of Seattle.

I didn't take a cruise I just took the shuttle to go see the dog and get some information but man from the shuttle driver to the parking attendant to the ask me helpers everyone was so helpful and I really appreciate small favors. For those of you who parked at the lot and took the shuttle and had the driver help you with all your bags out and you didn't offer a single tip for your huge group, what's up with that? The rule of thumb is $1 for every bag that is helped with. I didn't even have a bag and I still gave a tip. You're all-inclusive Cruise tips don't pay for the shuttle driver I'm pretty sure so please be kind and tip them.
