I purchased a leather sleeper sofa from Sleepers in Seattle a few years ago. I got insurance for sofa to cover for damages. The zipper has separated and I spoke with Beatrice about getting it repaired. She told me Natuzzi turned down my claim. Well I wasn’t pleased with the response. Beatrice said she would email the claim forms to me. And that was maybe 3 or more weeks ago. So far no claim forms and I’ve left a message for Beatrice to call me and nothing! I waited 9 months for the sofa and I’m treated like this!!Darryl Herron

I bought a Luonto sleeper sofa from them in 2022 and they shipped it to California for me and it was STILL a good price! And Iove love the sofa AND the fold out bed. I put a soft topper on it, though, because it's pretty firm.

Superb couch, superb purchasing experience. Salesperson (Beatrice) was knowledgeable, and they even threw in white glove delivery service (which was helpful for a heavy piece of furniture). Couch has been excellent.

All I’m saying is take your business elsewhere and you can definitely find a better price sofa for cheaper at Ashley’s or somewhere else. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or whatever (I normally don’t put race into things) but when I walked in the older lady couldn’t bare to look at me and the older guy keep staring at me the whole time without asking if I needed help. I was really interested in a sleep because I’m about to move but not with bad customer service. Also most seem over 4k

Bought a Luonto couch. The staff was friendly and helpful and respected any requests we had. We didn't want the couch on the floor so they promised they would have one in two weeks. As promised, brand new couch was delivered on time and with no hassle. The delivery guys were awesome too and were very efficient and quick. Couch is impeccable. Couldn't be happier with this place. Highly recommend it, especially since it's one of the few places that have the Luonto brand.

Both, Sleepers in Seattle and the shipping company they use (Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery) have a Better Business Bureau (BBB) grade of F. That is accurate and good description of the way they do business based on my experience.

I’m very very pleased with this establishment. Beatrice was my sales associate and has fielded many calls from me wanting to know little details about my couch and has been above and beyond sweet and patient with me. The sectional couch w/ full sleeper is so pretty! I hunted high and low and this place didn’t disappoint. Thanks for a great experience!

DO NOT Purchase Natuzzi Edition Sofa for these reasons why.. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBE1) Measurement are Not correct, made smaller. I signed for 85x37x37received 83 x35x372) Made with Contrast Stitching, never ask for white stitching3) White gloves service joke!!!! during Pandemic they came No Maskcovered booties, or gloves4) Consumer service is a Joke,waiting six months given pandemiccontacted Beatrice no help/ asked $775.00 shipping fee return+ $100.00restocking fee...Please go to reputable company

BUYER BEWARE! You will regret it, please save yourself the unnecessary migraine and do not purchase anything from this phony furniture company. It’s been 15 months since I paid $1500 for my leather chair which still hasn’t been delivered. I have heard every excuse from the staff, wrong chair was made, trying to sale you a different product, and the worse trying to give you an low quality defective item. They refuse to refund my money and now state that they will have to deduct the shipping charge when shipping was quoted as free. Then now that I requested my money back they stopped answering and refuse to return my money. Poor customer service and no communication. Worse online sales company

They use Metropolitan Warehouse for delivery.You never know when you will get your furniture.Our sleeper/sofa was supposed to be delivered today (December 29th). Metropolitan Warehouse messaged me 1 hour before they were supposed to deliver it.Its been sitting in their warehouse in Miami since December 6th.We took off work and made plans to be here.Now we have company coming with no sofa or extra sleeping.Stay away from buying from Sleepers in Seattle if they use Metropolitan Warehouse to deliver your furniture.

Ordered a sofa bed in June- to be delivered in September. At the end of September I was advised that the fabric was no longer available, and I needed to reselect. I did, and they promised rush manufacturing and delivery the first week of November. It is the second week of November, and they have stopped responding to emails and have not returned my phone calls (I assume caller ID tips them off that its me again...so it goes to voicemail during business hours). My next step will be to contact AmEx and dispute the charge. Maybe this review will get their attention!

Purchased the most perfect Luonto Sleeper sofa for my space. The staff was truly patient with me as I requested a high number of swatches to make sure that the color would go with my color scheme. The White Glove Delivery Service was also well worth the price as these sofas tend to be heavy because of their sturdy mechanisms.I use it mainly as a sofa in my office/guest room and find it to be more comfortable than the one in my living room. I also napped on it once and was delighted with the firmness of the mattress. My visitors will be very happy.I was a bit worried about purchasing out of state. The next time I will not hesitate to purchase from Sleepers in Seattle. The service and the product are excellent.
