I lived at Skye Belltown for a year and I really enjoyed my studio. I thought the price was fair for the amenities + apartment features. My studio had a great view. Staff was always responsive, packages were safe, and maintenance got back to me in a timely manner -- with easy communication through the app. My only con is the parking garage was stressful at times. It is public on the weekdays. The spots are REALLY close to each other. Very common for cars to get scratches on them. Also, I would get ticketed a few times since their tag is made out of paper and would fall off the dashboard occasionally. Other competitive parking garages for apartments pay about the same, yet you get way more.This con did not overshadow my overall experience. I highly recommend if you want a reliable, affordable place you can trust.

Good place to live. Centrally located - close to the Space Needle, SLU, and downtown.There are no in-unit washer/dryers. There is a common area with laundry machines.

I love spending time in Belltown and Skye is the best place to call home! Being minutes to Artisan Cafe, SLU or Pike Place is hard to beat & the staff is incredibly caring and hardworking. Sam, Tyler, Alex, Susan, Bruce and Milton will care about your residential needs. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a resident in Belltown and consider this place home. ?

I'm new to Skye at Belltown but have been extremely impressed thus far! It's been a while since I've lived in an apartment community, but I can say for certain this has been the best apartment living experience I have had thus far.First, Tyler showed me the building back in November when I was first looking to relocate for my work. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful, despite knowing there was little-to-no chance of me signing a lease immediately. He also recommended local things for me to check out, being new to the area, which I found very kind! This definitely gave me the warm and fuzzies compared to some of the other apartments I checked out in the area, and was ultimately one of the reasons I chose Skye at Belltown over others.Fast forward to January, I signed my lease and was moving in! Not only did Tyler remember me, but he helped me to find a bell hop and made sure my girlfriend and I were squared away with what we needed. Jayson, who I also worked with in signing the lease, was very helpful, despite my move-in date being his last day before relocating himself.We did find the kitchen sink to be leaking after a couple uses, but luckily Bruce came to the rescue promptly and had it fixed within an hour from submitting the request! These things happen, but the team at Skye went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued resident from the get go. If you're looking for an apartment in the Seattle area, this one not only has great views of the city and the Space Needle, but has exceptional people running the show, too!EDIT: Wanted to also thank Susan, Bruce and Milton for coming up to help trouble an internet issue after a poor experience with the installer. Once again they went above and beyond. Five star service!

I've lived at Skye for just over a half-year now and have had generally great experiences. Pricing for the units is very reasonable given the area. The patio is a great addition for dog owners and a nice space to relax (my small complaint is that it doesn't drain very well so it can sometimes get muddy/puddly [making up new words] with the Seattle drizzles). The elevators seem to be in a constant state of whack-a-mole regarding which are functioning, but it's a small issue in light of my overall solid experience.The staff are truly wonderful which is why I was originally motivated to leave the review. It's very obvious that Susan (total sweetheart) and Sam work diligently to keep the building at peak functioning. I had a few maintenance requests early on and Bruce helped me within an hour or two every time. I've primarily interacted with the leasing agents and Tyler is my absolute favorite. He's welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly motivated to help with any issues or requests you have. He makes a point to give a warm hello whenever he sees me, and my dog adores him which is the ultimate stamp of approval. 9/10 overall, building management/staff are top tier

Just moved out of Skye Belltown after 2 years. It was a great experience. The maintenance team is top-notch. Any issue we had was addressed extremely quickly. The leasing office was also very good. Will miss the great rooftop views!

Skye has this chill, rustic vibe. Jason and Taylor from the leasing office were very responsive and helpful with any issues I had. They are customer-friendly and provides solutions thinking from our shoes.

I cannot say enough great things about living at Skye. It doesn't just feel like another apartment, it truly feels like a home.The space is incredible, from the units themselves to the outdoor garden, but the greatest part of Skye is undoubtedly the people. I have never lived at a place where the team takes such pride in the space and has such care for the residents. A HUGE shoutout to Susan and the entire services and maintenance team and everyone in the leasing office. Skye is a community in every sense of the word and that is due in large part to the effort and care of the team.I am not surprised to see a lot of folks that have lived here for years and years, I've been here for 18 months and couldn't imagine wanting to be anywhere else.

This place has been nothing but accommodating so far. Started off dealing with one of the leasing agents, Tyler, who was able to help me with finding a unit that would be suitable for me. Jayson was able to help navigate some issues on my side and was able to help finalize my lease and get me into a unit! This is a very difficult move for me, as I’m all the way across country in Atlanta making the move to Seattle, but everyone here has been nothing but friendly and very helpful!I’m looking forward to moving into my unit soon and seeing what else Skye at Belltown has to offer!Thanks to the whole team for making this move possible for me!

Ok, the maintenance team at Skye At Belltown is great. Any time I see them in the building they ask me if there’s anything I need help with. Well today I did need help with an outlet in my apartment. They showed up minutes after I requested help in the portal and fixed the problem. I love living here.Special shout out to Bruce for his friendliness, this does not go unnoticed.

My time at Skye Belltown Apartments can only be described as a complete disaster. I encountered numerous issues and disappointments that left me utterly dissatisfied with the management and the overall living experience.To begin with, despite giving a clear verbal notice that I would be vacating the apartment at the end of the month, I was charged a 20-day prorated rent fee simply because my request was not in writing. This rigid policy of requiring written notice disregards the reasonable expectation that verbal communication should suffice in such situations. It felt like a blatant attempt to exploit tenants and squeeze out every last penny from their pockets.Furthermore, my dissatisfaction grew when I discovered that I was being charged for utilities during a period when I wasn't even occupying the property. When I requested the actual bill to verify the charges, I was met with an astonishing lack of responsiveness from the management. Despite multiple attempts, they failed to provide me with the necessary documentation, leaving me in the dark about the accuracy of the charges.Adding insult to injury, I was also charged a monthly fee for a Courtesy Patrol service that proved to be nonexistent. When I attempted to report a concerning incident involving a sketchy individual in the parking garage, I was informed that there was no security present in the building. It is both disconcerting and unacceptable to charge residents for a service that is falsely advertised and non-existent, ultimately compromising their safety and well-being.Moreover, I was continually charged a monthly fee for Personal Liability insurance, despite explicitly declining coverage at the time of lease signing and providing proof of my existing insurance coverage. This disregard for my preferences and failure to rectify the issue further highlights the management's lack of professionalism and disregard for tenants' rights.Overall, my experience at Skye Belltown Apartments was a nightmare filled with unjust charges, unfulfilled promises, and an alarming lack of accountability. I strongly caution anyone considering this property to explore alternative options. Skye Belltown Apartments falls far short of providing a satisfactory living environment, and the management's practices demonstrate a clear lack of respect for tenants. Save yourself the stress and frustration by seeking a more reputable and tenant-friendly accommodation elsewhere.

From my first interaction with Jayson, I knew that I was dealing with someone who truly cared about their tenants and their well-being. He has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that everything in the building is running smoothly and that all residents are happy.Jayson is always available to answer questions or address any concerns that residents may have, and he does so in a prompt and professional manner. He is knowledgeable about the building and the area, and he takes the time to get to know each resident personally. He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help in any way he can.The building itself is well-maintained, clean, and modern. It's clear that Jayson takes pride in his work, and it shows in every aspect of Skye at Belltown. The amenities are top-notch, and there are always events and activities going on that bring the community together.Overall, I highly recommend Skye at Belltown as a great place to live in Seattle, and I credit much of that to Jayson and his exceptional management skills. He truly goes above and beyond for his residents, and it's clear that he loves what he does. If you're looking for a great apartment with excellent management, Skye at Belltown is the place to be!
