I needed to have my crankshaft position sensor replaced. They had my part in the shop and was able to fit me in the very next day. I received the best customer service and the lowest price. Another shop wanted to charge me an expensive amount just to do a diagnostic and this and that, but he saved me over $400! Very honest and courteous service. Fin the owner is very respectful and won't talk down or try to upsell you. I finally found the shop I've been looking for!

Took my truck there on a buddy's recommendation. Fin was very helpful and very communicative. Reasonably priced as well. While the truck was there, he went through the systems so he could have a baseline for the future. And he took pictures of everything and put it into a folder for the future. He made sure to explain that he wasn't trying to pressure sales me but to give me a heads up.I was super impressed and now I have a new mechanic!

Came in for an oil change. Took a bit longer than estimated because they checked everything - tires, top off fluids, lights etc. but Fin made sure to keep me updated. Will definitely be back whenever my car needs service.

I purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from Fin. It was a good deal as far as price. Fin was easy to work with and the vehicle had a clean carfax. I had the vehicle checked and there were a few oil leaks. Fin took care of the oil leaks and the car drives great. I would purchase another car from Fin in the future.

TL;DR - Don't go here for repairs. Their cars have, in my experience, been in awful shape as well. Bring any car to a third party mechanic before you buy.Fin sold me my dream car in May, and it's been nothing but trouble since. Fin absolutely did the right thing (legally obligated to do so...) and honored the warranty he gave me on the powertrain of the vehicle. All of the aspects of sale and the initial honoring of the warranty were good.Jake is a great guy, but is a school teacher. He is NOT a mechanic. Fin is a great guy, but is a salesman. He is NOT a mechanic. Fin retained my car on and off for four months and ended up sending my car to two other shops to repair what he could not. He also failed to report an oil leak in the oil pan gasket (he told me "Don't worry about the oil leaking. It's normal") which another shop has deemed a pressing concern. He also refused to take care of other minor repairs in returning my car to me.I would consider this to be a one-off or a complicated issue, except that Fin provided me with a number of loaner cars - all of which were in brutal shape. The most egregious incident was, after he had my car for two months, he provided me with an X5 which was "tested and driven for 150 miles before [Fin] gave it to [me]." I drove the car for approximately 10 miles before clouds of white smoke poured out of the exhaust, causing traffic to back up behind me and giving me a scare. This is likely oil being burned instead of fuel, and requires pretty immediate attention. This is a fine shop if you know what you're doing and are willing to buy a fire to burn money in. This is NOT A REPAIR SHOP. They have done poor quality work time and again. Please do not make the same mistakes I did. Take your car to a certified mechanic and don't waste time or money on bad repairs.
