SIXT - Rent a car Seattle were excellent to deal with when I collected my car. I dealt with Vu who offered me an upgrade at a minimal cost. Great service!

Vu at pike place was super helpful and friendly. I accidentally arrived here instead of the Hyatt location. Luckily, I had Vu help us cancel the Hyatt rental and book us something really nice at pike place. He ended up hooking us up with a nice BMW, full insurance coverage and only for $2 more than what I had originally been quoted online (Corolla with no coverage). Never have been so happy to have made a mistake with directions ?. Vu at pike place is definitely an A+ associate and well worth working with! Thanks again for all your help, Vu. Will definitely come back to SIXT.

Terrible customer service. 3 workers yet line is basically out the door. Hearing them be rude to other customers who are missing some documents - do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

This morning we arrived to pick up the rental and ended up running into an issue with our card. Stressed, frantic and annoyed with the situation, Hong went above and beyond on being so patient and understanding with us!! I can definitely say I have never received such amazing service before!! Thank you Hong for being more than just the person behind the desk!!
