I was looking for a cheap gift-shops, this ain’t it. They have many things but the designs aren’t nice, some are bad quality, and for the price it’s not worth the purchase for my relatives + friends. I assume the price are quite high due to its location - corner of a busy intersection.
Honestly if you go to the gift shops by Pike Place Market (the famous Clam Chowder alley), or even inside the Space Needle, the layout of the displays and gifts are much nicer in quality AND the prices are the same (shocking!). I found some keychains and mugs are even cheaper.
Don’t bother go here unless you need to buy something quick. Plus, out of all the shops in Seattle, which filled with amazing and friendly people, this is not it. Staff looks bored and not inviting/friendly. How come? Beats me.

A premium gift shop specific to Seattle! Lots of options ranging from accessories, clothes, and good merchandise! A good place for a Seattle visitor to buy souvenirs. Well organized as well.

Simply Seattle has amazing gear which grants the 5 stars already. What made me leave a review is when I accidentally ordered 4 hats on sale with the wrong size. Not only were they able to rectify my order and honor the promo of 4 hats for $40, they went out of their way to ask which teams I liked best AFTER my error of ordering size 7 instead of 7 3/4 (size 7 is hard to sell so they could have told me to deal with it). A huge shoutout to Jake for helping me out. I was super bummed I messed my order up and your kindness and problem solving made my week!! Thank you Jake!

My job told me that we have a great discount on clothing at this store. I’ve been wanting to check out this store for months. I finally went in and was told my discount was only 10%. They only took $3 off the $40 shirt I bought? everything was overpriced. Not only that, but most of the employees seemed awkward. They weren’t friendly. Didn’t know how to talk. They shouldn’t be working retail. Everyone seemed angry and not happy. It was overall a super disappointing experience, especially since I had been wanting to visit for months.
