The rooms are clean and nice. They could use larger trash cans in the rooms. Love that there are Keurig machines in the rooms. The breakfast is very good! Lots of variety and the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. Also LOVE the cinnamon waffles. Thank you for having cinnamon. We have stayed a lot at Silver Cloud Hotel over the past year due to our son being at Seattle Children's Hospital. It's nice to have a close, comfortable place to get some rest after a long and stressful day.

All in all great hotel, really good service, rooms are clean and have everything. Complementary breakfast was also excellent. The bathrooms are a little small compared to newer hotels with the sinks being outside like in old motels. But altogether we had a great stay.

We booked our hotel via third party that includes 2 queen beds and sofa bed. For 13 hrs drive from the border, we all tired & exhausted. As soon as we arrived, we checked in from the front desk, and he gave us our room #, we came up to our room and had no sofa bed, just a chair with a stool. I phone the front desk and explained to him that there is no sofa bed. He told us to come down and take our stuff from the room. He tried to find an extra room for us but due to full house, there is no luck, we used the same room he gave to us.He said he would talk to the manager and leave a note and he will accommodate our needs that night, so my husband asked a 3 extra pillows to use so that our kids can sleep on the floor with the sleeping bags that we brought from our long trip.In my faith to him that he will communicate to his manager via telephone or email to inform about our room that we booked but there is no communication until we check out Sunday morning. He told me to talk to the manager the following day, Saturday, about the situation in our room when checking in, but due to my tiredness from a long drive and we are busy that day. I have no chance to speak to the manager at the front desk. The only thing we don't like is that he is making excuses that he is away from the day we are checked in, and he is off day Saturday, and I informed him he checked in us Friday night. Long story short, after he spoke to his manager via phone call, they gave us compensations for our stay there.
We enjoyed our stay, clean, convenient to the transportation and absolutely the breakfast is amazing!
We are hoping that next time, when the customer book via third party, please ensure or check the room first before you give the room # if it is correct of what the customer have book in so that there is no problem in your end.
Noteworthy details: If you want to take a transit, bus stop 327 across the street of the hotel.

Good place to stay if needed. If driving to and from, may be hard to get in and out based on location. Bathroom mirror and sink is part of the room separate from toilet and shower.

Amazing service. Our flight was arriving early in the morning. We got to the hotel by 11. Planned on just leaving our luggage at the front desk and then go check out the city. The gentleman working the front desk was able to check us in!! Imagine my surprise.
The complimentary breakfast is the best I have seen and had.
The rooms were clean and the stay was perfect.
Bus stop to go to the university was right across the street.
I highly recommend to stay here.
Rooms: Clean and roomy
Nearby activities: The university district was right next door so plenty of places to eat.

Room was nice large with comfortable beds. Service was mid at best. We had to move rooms due to the AC unit in the room leaking, soaking the floor, luckily it did not damage any of my things. The front desk didn’t offer anything for us having to move in the middle of the night and didn’t even offer to bring me the keys to the new room, instead had me go down to fetch them. Their costumer service could do better.

We forget a jacket in the room, called after an hour from the airport, the hotel said it cannot find it in the room. Be careful with your belongings.

They lose a star because they failed to mention the $18 charge for a parking permit. It's deliberately deceptive and insulting. I'm sure management knows exactly what they are doing here, so shame on them. I showed up exhausted and really didn't want to try my luck finding another room on short notice.
Aside from this, the value of my experience was rather good. The room was extremely clean and cozy. I felt safe here. Overall I'm grateful. I might stay here again but I will be shopping around.
Nearby activities: Several nearby shopping centers, pretty places to go walking
Food & drinks: One of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Excellent location if having surgery at UW Medical of Sound Plastic Surgery. Above average breakfast as well. Super close to University Village which has dozens of dining options. If you need the best place to stay near the University of Washington, this is it.

Exceeded our expectations for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Excellent quality bed (bad beds can be a deal breaker for me). Quiet location - we asked for the top floor and facing the Burke Gilman trail. Heating/Cooling system for the room worked smoothly and quietly. After staying in locations with noisy units and bad thermostats, this was appreciated :-) Breakfast was very good, had a wide assortment of options and a pleasant and super clean dining area to be in. The availability of AG 47 for late evening food and beverages was a real plus (open until 10 pm). Location in the U-District is easy to get to, even considering this is a relatively congested area. Short and very pleasant walk to University Village which is a real plus for food, groceries and shopping. Definitely will return here the next time we need to be in the area.
