Siamonto was one of the only jewlery stores in Seattle that would resize my ring in less than 2 weeks. Most companies have to send the ring to their manufacturer for resizing, which increases the turnaround time. Siamonto does it in their store, so it only takes 2-4 days. Not only was Siamonto quick, they were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Wow! Amazing experience at Siamonto Jewellers! If I could give 10 starts I would. Not only is Raffi incredibly skilled at what he does, but he is super accommodating to customers needs. I only had a few days to get my rings resized and he prioritized the job. I got my rings back on time and they look even more beautiful than before bringing them to Raffi. 100% recommended Siamonto Jewellers and I will be a returning customer for sure when next in town. Thanks again Raffi!!!!

I got my ring resized here through Raffi. He’s very nice and patient and was willing to adjust the sizing a couple times to match my needs. Very reasonable pricing. I would recommend.

I had gone to 4 jewelers who would not work on this ring. I proposed 3 weeks prior and the ring was a size too big. It was very frustrating that these so called master jewelers could so easily turn us away for needed a resize going from 7 1/4 to 6 1/2. I found Raffi and was in and out within 5 minutes. When completed, the detail was even more than we asked. Don't waste time going to anyone else. They were either stuck up or lazy but Raffi knew exactly what to do. My fiancée cried from joy when we picked it up - Raffi saved us.

My son is in the Navy and is being reassigned. He needed an engagement ring fast since it takes a good 6 months for paperwork to be processed after you are married. We looked up jewelers in Seattle and went ring shopping. Raffi was excellent to work with, very kind and patient. He also was quick to return calls to answer some of our questions. The ring turned out gorgeous and the turnaround was very quick. We were quoted 6-10 weeks at another jeweler and Raffi had it done in 1 /12 weeks. In addition I really love Siamonto's website. It lets you design your own ring on the site. There is a nice selection and my son found exactly what he wanted. I highly recommend Raffi at Siamonto.

REAL REPAIR JEWELER! He went over each piece with me, told me the options and price estimates ahead of time. Takes his time with you and is really thorough! He isn't one to jump into soldering- he really hides the repair like nothing ever happened! Amazing pricing and works pretty quickly. He fixed 3 pieces for me within 4 days. Amazing and will definitely going back if need be. & his displayed jewelry is really beautiful as well!

Raffi did a great job with my engagement ring. It was well done and shined brilliantly. Also it was a much faster turn around time than anywhere else I had talked to, and the resizing service was less expensive than expected. He's also very kind. I didn't realize he closed an hour earlier on Wednesdays so accidentally I came by about 45 minutes after closing. He had waited for me to make sure I could pick up my ring.
