Place is a scam bought the wrong type of cartridge and they only had the 50 pack so I bought it assuming I’d be able to return i came back with my receipt only for the guy that sold me the product to me 20mins earlier say no refunds and turned me away after I spend 43$.

I like the actual store and the older ( probably owner ) is a real nice and helpful chap however the last couple months there’s a younger guy working there that has been extremely rude on multiple occasions . Dude if you hate your job go work somewhere else .

I have given this place 3 tries over the past year and they’ve failed each time. I hadn’t been in this shop in maybe a decade so I thought I’d try it out again.1st attempt: was walking up to the door (before closing time with Open sign lit up) and the owner guy looks me in the eye and locks the door. Rude!2nd attempt: was looking for a specific item and couldn’t find it. I was surprised at how many nooks and crannies there were in the shop, and honestly with myself as the only customer alone with just the male shop owner and no music or anything it was creepy.3rd attempt: I was looking for something Walgreens next door didn’t have, and saw other people in there so I felt comfortable going in. Opened the door and the shop owner guy was actively SMOKING and the place just reeked so bad I got ten feet in and turned around because I couldn’t breathe.This place will never get my business, sorry.

Don't ask cashiers for anything lol. I go in for wooden dowells. me "Do you have wooden dowells?" cashier "No" i Find wooden fluted dowells me "Can I buy these?" cashier lYou said wooden. These are plastics" "semantics. I just want to buy these" I get home and notice the package says wood. Like tf is this? and why lie. who cares? just process the transaction. Hahahahaha. Dont ask Cahiers for anything. Just shop and gtfo.

The local was convenient. It was easy to find. Staff we knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately it didn't have what I need as it they have a limited amount of hardware store items available.

High prices, $10 minimum purchase to use a card, no refunds or exchanges. I was using this store for convenience, but this guy has a bad attitude and I won't be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your money here. They only care about profit and buy cheap items in bulk and mark the price up tremendously. If the item you buy is not what you want or so low quality it won't work then they won't give your money back. They might try and replace it with another cheap piece of crap they have but the older man who runs the place gives stores like this a bad name. If you can't stand behind the items you offer...then don't run a business. They count on people needing something and rushing in to grab something not knowing it's shop at your own risk. These sorts of businesses should be shut down. Luckily the whole block will be bulldozed soon and hope they never show their face in this neighborhood again.

This store has never let me down -- whether looking for embroidery floss, party decorations, canning jars, caulking supplies, edging brushes, etc this store ALWAYS has whatever weird thing you need in the moment. In my house we call it "The Room of Requirement" (as in Harry Potter).These guys are the best.

Great place! It was wonderful to wander around for my first visit. They have such a selection of almost everything. Gentleman working was very friendly and welcoming too!
