I had a great time waiting to pick up ready paint, with a line out the door and three people at the registers with only one working register that can match paint. Then all but one of the employees went to the back to have a casual conversation while the lobby was full waiting customers. They are all very nice, but have no awareness of customer service. No one has talked to the waiting group to let us know if there is a delay or why all the reps keep leaving the lobby and leave us wondering why it seems so disorganized. I've been waiting for almost 40 minutes and everyone around me looked pissed.

Yeah they have paint, and yeah they will sell it to you. But it's slow service. No coffee, no hand sanitizer. Dirty, dusty, things missing off shelves. Eh It's a paint store.

brought in a paint sample today, girl that help me seemed a little bothered. I go to a sherwin Williams store about 2 times a week and she was the most unhelpful person I have encountered. she couldn't tell the sheen of paint and never have I to had to wait over an hour for one gallon

Bait and switch with support for paint recycling. Beware these kinds of greenwashing tactics, consider shopping elsewhere.

I found the colors I wanted to paint my bedroom from a Sherwin Williams color scheme online. So it was easy to get the right color paint I wanted. I went to this store and the person helping me was very helpful in getting the right kind of paint for the ceiling and the finish type. He did a great job and the paint he recommended was a one coat coverage and it did just that and it turned out great.
