Big back rude dirty fingernails clerk would not give me a refund when I request btw it was funky smelling in there

Picked up a vape didn’t even bother to give me a receipt and then it didn’t work so I went back in to get a refund. He said not possible, very RUDE and inconsiderate employees. Lack of customer care value.
