Holy crap. I work overnight down the street and i went there today because my workplace doesnt make bathrooms available to me. Bro at the counter literally just told me no bathrooms. Weird ass druggies and sketchy dudes out front while they're hiding in their little store. Bad vibes all around

Your security guy is an absolutely vile person left his food in the microwave so the person who took it out had to buy him a new one "because of covid" he tried to play me like a mark and I refuse for that to happen because I am far from one.

I would give 0 stars if possible. You tried to polish a turd by remodeling the store but you forgot to hire a good crew. Everyone who works there, even the managers are well below average. For some reason, the security officer seems to run the place.

The cashier tried to short me $5 and cause a scene and was holding up the line. Would not recommend anyone coming to this horrible place unless you want horrible service where the cashier tries to steal from you( he's one of those jogger) just to give y'all an idea who the person is. Had to leave another review since yelp took down my TRUE and HONEST review. Hey yelp, MIDDLE FINGER SALUTE!

The shop only has one register. This interferes with people trying to buy gas as well as people trying to buy anything in the store. The staffs attitude at various times aside from the young ladies that work behind the register damn near shocked me. When the girl behind the register failed to ring up my gallon and a half of gas to top me off, the gentleman working there first accused me of stealing gas, then told me flat out that I didn't know how to use a gas pump. Keep in mind I fueled up jets, Humvees, armored personnel carriers, Nissan titan's bi-planes etc. I've never been to a worse gas station in my entire life and I grew up in a horrific ghetto. At least there they knew how to run the gas pumps, and didn't accuse people of stealing gas only to follow them out and realize that their cashier had made a mistake with no apology, no my bad, just "oh whatever" before walking back inside. They are across the street from a homeless shelter, and a large group of the shelter actually walk half mile down to another spot to purchase their stuff simply because of their disdain for some of the staff that work here. I am not alone in this opinion or review. They also at a minimum it appears three times a day close the doors and lock them for "shift change and money counting "because they only have one cash register. So it's really a tossup as to whether you'll be able to get inside to pay for gas in cash, get a drink, or try to get a slushy from the perpetually broken slushy machine. If this sounds inherently negative, it's because it fuckin is. 62 year-old military veterans in walkers walk an extra three blocks just so they don't have to deal with the staff or the chance that they will not be open once again. that speaks volumes for the store. Like I said I grew up in a really bad ghetto in Southern California with the Shell station there, and those people are a shining five star example compared to the people that run this place. They are consistently weeks behind on restocking drinks, food, and have had an entire coffee area that has been "broken and out of service "for over 2 1/2 weeks. That should be enough.

I'm a women who walks and take Lyft ride . What's wrong with management? It's currently 430 and I'm outside with no one at window and doors locked once again this is my 2nd complaint. This store need help or the Better business bureau to inspect. This is wrong to customer. I've been standing here 20mins

I have never experienced a business, let alone a gas station, that closes more frequently for bathroom breaks, smoke breaks, lunches, and for a stretch of time technical issues with their register system or something..... it was happening so frequently that I kept track for a week, and this is just the times I tried to go there.... gawd only knows how many times everyday this happens. 3/8/21, 11:30pm, closed for at least 15 mins, no explanation, tried intercom at window, knocking on door. 3 or 4 customers waiting outside. 3/9/21, 4:28pm, closed for bathroom break for cashier, however, they had 2 security employees standing around outside talking.... neither can work register??? ReOpens at 4:30. 3/10/21, 7:30pm, actual hand written note on door, "closed for lunch, back at 7:55". 3/12/21, 7:21pm, bathroom break I basically stopped going here, even though it's a block away. A couple of the newer employees seem to either be undertrained or generally not comfortable with doing math, as they are slower to make change and don't count it back to you. A security guard at this location makes a lot of sense due to the very visible and present population consisting of mental illness, homeless, and desperate folks. However, the security guards they have hired don't actually do much other than play on their phones or read books without being bothered to look up. They don't do anything to deter the loitering outside, so going to the pay window after dark is an adventure. Some of the security people in the past have become cashiers here. Instead of having one employee and 1 security guard, they should have 2 employees who can run the till, and focus on better customer service and safety. To be fair, they have 2 good employees that have been there for a while, so it's not all bad. The only reason I've decided to leave this review is because I walked by there at 11:35am this morning 5/11/21 just as the cashier and security guard walked outside and locked the door behind them....... to have a 15 minute smoke break. There were 3 cars getting gas at the time and I saw at least 6 or 7 people try to go into the store only to be turned away by the employee...... 11:48am the employee finished his smoke break and reopened. WHAT THE HELL???? Do they even have a manger at this store to hold anyone accountable? Also there was an actual dumpster fire started by someone who lingers around the area the night before last. I'm not sure if it was an employee, security guard, or random person who called the 911..... my guess is the employee(s) were probably too busy taking a break or playing on their phone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STATION! DISHONEST AND RUDE. Because of this station I cut up my Shell Credit Card and will no longer buy any Shell Products. The people who work here at stupid and rude. I want to rate this station as NO STARS.
