Shell is the world's #1 Mobility Retailer, offering quality motor fuels and electric vehicle charging stations at approximately 12,000 fueling stations across the U.S. Serving 8 million customers per day, Shell is the #1 Fuels Retailer in the U.S. The company provides Fuel Rewards® at Shell, offering savings on every fuel fill and inside the convenience store, as well as experiential rewards and monthly offers. However, the reviews for one particular Shell station in downtown Seattle suggest some challenges. Customers report that the station is often closed during its stated hours, with one employee reportedly hiding inside and refusing to assist customers. There are also concerns about the employee's honesty, as they are said to lie about the restroom being broken. Additionally, the station seems to have issues with homeless individuals loitering on the premises, which the employees do not appear to address. Despite these issues, the station is noted for having some of the best prices in the area, which seems to be a draw for local customers. Overall, while the Shell brand is known for its quality and customer service, this particular location appears to have room for improvement in terms of reliable operations and customer experience.

The car wash isn’t as good as brown Bear but it’s better than some of the other local Shell car washes. Staff are not good about telling aggressive pan handlers who approach customers pumping gas to leave. So there is one guy who’s always doing it. Pumps are kinda slow too.
