A good variety of shoes, including minimalist and zero-drop ones. The owner/manager is very nice and so helpful; he brought out 5-6 different models for us to try and explained the differences between them. Other customers received the same level of care and attention too!

Seven Hills lives up to its reputation for great service and an exceptionally knowledgeable staff. I explained what I was looking for, what issues I have been having with shoes, what my goals are etc....They spent an hour with me suggesting shoes, letting me demo them, explaining why certain shoes were working for me v. not. It was a great experience!I ended up buying two new pairs, and I'm very excited to see how they feel on my next long race.Thanks for your time, patience, and help!

Awesome shop! They are one of the few stores around with a trail running focus. If you're looking for that hard-to-find trail running shoe, this is your store! See picture below to see their selection. But they also carry shoes for running around the road. That's a great thing because they clearly know their shoes here!

I stopped in this shop to check it out. It definitely has a local vibe and is a small shop. You won;t find everything in here, but it has a small shop charm and the selection seemed to be pretty decent for its size. I chatted with the person at the shop and they were helpful and friendly. At the end of the day I did not end up leaving with any theirs, but was glad for the chance to check them out while I was in town. The parking was limited near the road, but the traffic is not terrible in the area and did not pose much of an issue. Worth checking out.

Running shoe fit is tough to determine over the internet. This store can outfit you with shoes, packs, and gels for runs of any distance. Phil is a store owner who knows and supports a lot of great ultra runners (while being one himself) and the shop website photos by Glenn are super cool.

This is THE BEST running store in western WA. Super helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a store that can speak to what you need as a runner whether ultras, technical trails, or fast flat pavement go here. I drive all the way from Olympia because they are so much better than south sound running
