I initially contacted several companies for cameras and door access system installation, and Sevan Locks & Doors' prompt, professional communication stood out. George is highly knowledgeable and patient, addressing all my concerns. I now have 2 new systems in place and highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for a replacement key fob. At the appointment time, Sevan Locks & Doors was no-call, no-show.
I waited for 35 minutes, and then contacted them by text and call. With no explanation, the company said that a technician was going to arrive at "6-7pm" (five or six hours after my appointment).
When I told them that wouldn't work for me, the person simply asked, "Well, when would you like to reschedule?" It wasn't until I expressed disappointment that I had taken off time to make this appointment happen that I was finally told something about a van breaking down.
Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication or accountability is the issue. When you (even accidentally) stand up a customer who’s going to pay hundreds of dollars for a service you agreed to in advance, it’s reasonable to expect some communication and explanation — a simple call or text when it became clear the van was breaking down. I was offered no communication or explanation until I sought them out myself. I’d rather give my business to a company that respects my time and owns up to their failures to communicate.

I called because I couldn’t get into the storage shed of the place we just bought. They were very responsive and sent out Boris the following morning. Boris was very nice and professional. Within an hour, he opened the door, made two keys for us, and even adjusted the position of the lock so the door would work better. I would definitely call them again if I needed something similar in the future.

I used Sevan to rekey the front door and install a deadbolt on the door to the garage in my new house. George replied very quickly when I initially reached out, and was able to give a very reasonable quote and scheduled a tech to come out on the day and time that I requested. Boris the technician came out and was very polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately there had been a miscommunication between headquarters and Boris, and he did not have with him the hardware I had requested. We went ahead and installed a substitute. I let George know that I wasn't super happy with the outcome, and he immediately made it right. He scheduled an appointment at my next earliest convenience to swap out the hardware. Victor the technician came out for the second appointment and was also very polite and knowledgeable. Even though my experience wasn't super straightforward, I will use Sevan again. Their prices are fair, and maybe even more importantly, their communication is excellent and it is clear that their goal is to take care of their customers. Thank you, George, Boris, and Victor!

Holy Moly! George is our hero! We were stuck ~ Honda ignition wouldn't turn. He came out and after some fussing, learned that the assembly needed replacing. He didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Just gave us a list of options to save us money. He was incredibly reasonable! And handsome too.

What a great experience. Victor did a great job...my locks never worked this good since I moved in 10 years ago. Should have done this a long time ago! Thought I needed 4 new locks, but ended up only needing one. He fixed the rest.

I cannot praise Sevan Locks & Doors enough. Firstly, George replied immediately to my Yelp posting. After I described the work and told him it was not an emergency, he sent me a formal estimate and indicated he could send a locksmith out in 2 days. Boris arrived promptly at 8:00am. Boris is a pleasant, polite, professional gentleman who examined the lock and told me it would take about 20 minutes. He got right to work and sure enough 20 minutes later he was finished. The cost was incredibly reasonable, and the work was excellent.I have had several less than great experiences with other local locksmiths, so I am thrilled to find Seval locks. I will be using their services every time I have a lock (or lock out) problem.If you have a lock or door (or both) problem, please consider using Sevan Lock and Door; you will not be disappointed. You will receive world class service at a reasonable cost.

I had to cool down a little bit after this incident before writing a review to be somewhat objective. I scheduled to have the driver and passenger side door locks rekeyed on my car. A tech showed up and quoted 390 each lock. I asked if there was a discount if I paid cash and he said 700 even. Paid the guy in cash and he said he would send me an electronic invoice (he texted me a link to a website that showed me my invoice that expired shortly after he sent it), no receipt. 3 months later the locks are in worse shape then before the guy worked on it. I called and Braden who answered the phone was immediately suspicious of my story and tried to poke holes in it. His defenses went up, so mine did. I had to call back to get his boss to look into it.Finally the same tech that fixed my car locks came out and he immediately started blaming me for the issue saying I shouldn't have used an old key (which I don't remember him saying). He had no record of this job: no invoice, no receipt, no log book, nothing. So I then ask for a receipt from the original work and he said it would've costed $390 total. I paid him 700 cash!!!!!! So to sum up, I was over charged, customer service was horrific and would definitely NOT recommend this company.

We hired them to do a rekey for our rental property. When we find that the lock failed on the second day, the owner is very quick to send out a second technician. It turns out the lock failed (not rekeying problem) and they replaced the lock with a minimum charge for the second visit. For both visits, the technicians arrived ahead of time and waited patiently. Very professional and highly accountable. Will definitely recommend.

They were so quick with their response and from the hours I was messaged you can tell they're working hard and long hours and still providing wonderful service. I got lock smith scammed *edit: by a different locksmith service* and then had to have an extremely old dead bolt locked replaced and they found almost the exact lock and had it replaced within two weeks.
