“I really love this place! Whenever I'm there on the weekends, Amy, the day Manager, always stops by and says "Hi" while she's making her rounds. She is very helpful with any problem you might have or anything you may need. This location is always kept so clean inside and out, even the bathroom is spotless. There is excellent security throughout the premises, and I love that there's fire sprinklers. The buildings are well lit inside and out, and I feel safe being here at any hour. Very secure heavy duty doors here. I've kept my belongings here for over a year now, and have no intentions of moving, it's really convenient for me!”
“Absolutely amazing customer service, and it was so quick and easy. Michelle was an absolute delight. Michelle answered all my questions, was prompt and ready to show us a unit that met all our needs. Michelle gave us a tour of the facility, which is stunning, and detailed all the promos and features that were available at that moment. The facility is so clean, well lit, and has convenient access to get in and out quickly. Thank you Michelle and also to SecureSpace. Highly recommend.”
“I've used Adam's Moving twice and was extremely happy with them! The first time, they moved my furniture from Lower Queen Anne to Capitol Hill. We ended up wanting to move units within the same apartment complex and they packed all our things and moved them to the other building. All our movers were very nice and hardworking.
Booking is a super great experience too. You get a quote extremely quickly and can text them with any questions you have about the process.
For both moves, the time estimated ended up being much less, so it was nice to have the extra time if needed, but also coming in under budget from the original quote.”

“Only used this location less than a year but it was a good experience. We started with a 5x10 unit and downsizing to a 5x5 was super easy. The building was super clean, well lit, and climate controlled well. Amy at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and returned calls promptly. I'd store at this facility again and would recommend it.”

“Ken is very kind and patient to help my husband and I get a storage very smoothly and quickly today. He showed us around the facility and all the access to our storage unit and answered our questions professionally. He explained the process very well and kept the office and storage secure by locking doors whenever there is no one in the office. I feel safe to storage our items there with him locking the doors every time when he leaves the office.”

“Solid storage joint. Never had any problems with the staff. Janelle has been super helpful every time I needed assistance or had questions about the unit or my lease. I rented a rather tiny unit to hold my extra belongings since I couldn’t keep it in a transitory studio apartment I used to get out of my parents house. The unit served its purpose well and my exposure to the company has been a hassle free, set it and forget it type experience for me. Upon deciding to end my rental agreement I simply spoke with Janelle and within the next day received a termination confirmation email. Solid communication, easy setup and termination. Definitely recommend.”
