I’ve been shopping at Seattle Wholesale Grower’s regularly for nine years now. They continue to be my business’s preferred floral market for local product. I’ve received excellent customer service, especially from Katy and Cherisse, but I could continue to name many from their great team. SWGM has been quick to respond to my emails when placing orders and accommodating to my requests. I’m so grateful to have SWGM as industry partners through all these years!

I have been going here for the last few months in preparation for my bridal events and have been blown away by the kindness and helpfulness of staff, the assortment, and the emphasis on local and sustainable flower farms.
As some reviews have noted, it can be challenging to know how and what to purchase as a member of the public as prices are challenging to understand. You have to go in with the mindset that these florals are on the pricier side (considering the 30% upcharge) however are completely worth it for the quality of florals.
Endless appreciation for Whole Growers and look forward to purchasing from them again!

I am a Seattle wedding florist and this is the number one spot I source my blooms from. Not only are the flowers always local, fresh, gorgeous, and unique, but the staff are the most caring, incredible people I’ve ever met. I love being a part of the community at SWGM and it’s always a wonderful place to be. If you’re a florist or a floral enthusiast you have to shop the SWGM!!

I consider myself SO lucky to be able to buy flowers from Seattle Wholesale Grower’s Market! The fact that you can shop locally grown, incredible product from multiple farmers all under one roof is an overwhelming gift. The crew feels like family, and we are so fortunate that they make it so easy for us to access locally grown and beautiful flowers and foliage. Grown by farmers who pour themselves into their work. If nothing else, you must come and see the beauty and bounty this space has to offer, and enjoy the company of such loving people.

They price gauge during holidays which is incredibly sad to do as a “wholesale” market

My daughter ordered over $200 worth of whilt flowers for her Saturade 9/17/22 wedding. When we picked the flowers up I did not have her order list but I asked the person at the Music Shop where we were to pick up the flowers if they could check the order because there were so few flowers. She assured me that was the entire order. I noticed right away that two of the bundles of flowers were dirty and had broken stems. When I got back home And checked the order that had been paid in full I realized that: 1. only 5 calla Lillie's instead of 10 2. no freesias ( 2 bundles ordered) 3. no statis 4. Over half of the snap dreaming were broken and dirty They did reimburse me for $100 but it made the day before going to the wedding venue a nightmare as I drove from flower shop to flower shop to try to find more white flowers at any price. Also my daughter's all a Lilly bouquet looked quite sad missing half the flowers. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and diasspointing.

I can only speak as a public customer (not a florist). If you're the same, just skip it. You won't get any deals here, in fact you'd probably be better off just going straight to one of the neighborhood or Pike Place Farmers Markets. The good: The selection is beautiful, more unique and there are more variations than what you'd find at a grocery store or probably local Farmers Markets. You could come here and just get a unique bundle or two to help spruce up an otherwise standard bouquet elsewhere. The cons: It's very expensive for what you get. I probably have enough florals to make 2-3 bouquets that are around the size of the $25-$30 bouquets at a Farmers Market. Unfortunately, it cost me $200.Prices are not clearly marked for most florals (they're posted to 1 bulletin board and you would have to know the exact flower type in order to get an idea of pricing). So you do not find out your total until you check-out. Then, you're left in the awkward position of having to downsize at the register when all of the sudden a few bundles comes to $300+ like mine did.The staff also didn't seem to know their own promotions, and/or the item codes don't have these promotions tied to them. I had to remind the cashier that 2 of my bundles were supposed to be "1/2 off". She then asked me if there were any other discounted bundles in my order.Lastly, the receipts are not itemized. I still have no clue what the different florals came to. I know I got rid of the most expensive two (1 garden rose bunch for $64, and a different bunch for $30+) but I assume the rest were about $10-$20 each based on the range on the pricing sheets. It's definitely a space meant for professionals who know exactly what they're looking for and are getting the wholesale prices. Which is okay! But be warned it's a VERY hands-off experience if you're just a regular Joe. There were 3 other people there for the first time also and all of them/us had to seek out an associate to understand the process, pricing, etc. It's not intuitive by any means. Or cost effective. Or convenient due to the limited public hours and appointment only. But if you're a florist, I'm sure it's great! I don't know that I'll ever go back due to the sticker shock, however. 2.5 bouquets for the price of 6.

I reserved 3 of the buckets and picked them up on a Friday during the public hours and then purchased a few additional bundles in order to make bouquets and wedding arch flowers that we did ourselves. They were easy to work with and provided information to make our mission a success. Love how all the flowers turned out. There were so many options for colors and styles of flowers!

Amazing flowers and foliages grown by local member farmers that are owners of this Co-op. You can find a lot of things here that you won't find at other floral wholesalers. If you come in on a Monday or Wednesday you might even meet the farmer who grew them! The market is open to the public to shop Fridays from 10am until noon.

Unless you have a business as a florist, be prepared for 100% mark-up. I had three bunches of common flowers, which ended up being about $80.00. So no deal here for retail customers.
