Had my car towed from my house to the shop for repairs today. Driver arrived around 20 minutes after I called! Called me 10-15 minutes after I ordered service to touch bases and assess my situation! Appreciate that very much! I got Victor C.! He was AWESOME, quick, professional AND super nice! I would totally recommend this company to friends and use again! Thank You Seattle Towing! ??

My tire blew out on my way to Costco. My spare was underneath the vehicle and I couldn't get to it. Gave them a call to help and Robert was there in minutes. I spoke with Mike on the phone who asked questions to help figure out my needs - while still on the phone Robert arrived. That's how fast! Robert and Mike made what started as a terrible day great again with how quickly, efficiently, and genuine they were. I've been in Seattle 10 years so dealt with many companies, Seattle Towing will be the only one I call now. Very highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Richie, our tow truck driver. He went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was dropped off by a specific time, even with a tight schedule. Richie and his team truly went out of their way to help our family and give us peace of mind. He even followed up afterward to confirm the vehicle had arrived safely. Richie coordinated directly with the dealership, which he didn’t have to do, making the whole process smoother and stress-free for us. We are so grateful for his exceptional service. Thank you, Richie!

I had a 10:00 a.m. meeting with Seattle Towing, and I called at 9:45 to confirm that they'd be there on time. A very rude and angry person answered the phone and started yelling at me for calling in advance to check on them! I was ready to write a very negative review until I went to the meeting point and met Mark. Mark is the guy who turned this negative experience into a positive one! He is incredibly friendly, polite, and a true gentleman. Not only is he professional (he arrived at the location earlier than our scheduled time), but he also treated my little car with care and attention, calling me right away when the car arrived at its destination. I would recommend Seattle Towing Company just for the opportunity to meet Mark! If you're lucky, you might even meet his cute puppy, Bella, who sometimes accompanies him. Mark also gave me the minimum rate, even though the ride and meeting probably lasted more than an hour. Thanks, Mark! It's a pleasure to meet nice people like you—you're the kind of person who keeps us going!

I can’t describe how calming it was to work with Seattle Towing and especially Victor, the driver that helped me. The situations in which towing is required are almost never peaceful. Victor was a consummate professional. He arrived on time, he told me what was going to happen, he knew where the destination was located. He got there quickly. It made a world of difference. When your car breaks down there are all sorts of things to worry about. Victor took towing off that list.

Joe was not only prompt and professional, he was friendly, accommodating, and informative. He got me out of a jam after my jeep broke in the middle of the street. Seattle towing, and their driver Joe have been the best experience hands-down I've ever had with a towing company. Upfront pricing was clear, and very fair. No hidden fees or charges. The receipt process made it super easy to get reimbursement from my insurance. Seriously fantastic service in the middle of a frustrating auto breakdown. I'll never call another tow company again. Joe you the man!

Jim helped us out last night when car broke down near i-5 during late rush hour.
Was so friendly and reassuring and quickly hooked up and dropped off car at mechanic.
Car was FULLY dead and he took the time to help get it correctly situated at the shop.
Well done Seattle Towing and THANK YOU to Jim for being such a pro!

Told me 30m to wait after one hour they told me that the driver gonna drop off another car and than come to pick my car. They dont answer the phone calls they told me 3 times that the driver is gonna call me no one ever called. Worst company ever not recommended!!!! If i could put less than 1 star review i would do that. DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY!

The tow truck driver Joe was extremely helpful, I basically didn't know anything about the car since is not mine, but he was extremely helpful and did everything he could to try to start the car but the car just couldn't start, so towing was needed but Joe was very helpful and careful and towing the car. The price was also really fair, if you ever need towing I would recommend them.

Mark was great! On time for our appointment (thanks Mike for setting it up!) Got my mini bus towed to the shop easy peasy! Wonderful to work with! I’ll call them again for sure if I have any other towing needs!
