These guys are great, I’d recommend giving this place a shot before others, the prices are fair, I did a lot of research before buying my Cabo 50 and prices are same or more everywhere. What I appreciate most is the times I needed advice or help on my Cabo 50. Little things like the battery dying after I let it sit for too long and they charged it for me and called it a favor and I’ll gladly come here for my motorcycle/moped needs.

It seems this store is always closed so if you plan to go make sure to call and get a hold of a person to make sure they're open and how long they plan to be there. Can't really say what my experience had been because I haven't had one.

I went there looking for motorcycle gloves. I found a pair that were just ok, but I decided not to buy them because they were made in China. I found some online while I was there that I liked better. The guy working the counter tried to shame me for not buying local from their store. In my head I was thinking... "None of this stuff is local dude, if you want me to buy local you have to have items that I can't find better online." All your stuff is made in China. Didn't like their badly made, over priced, made in China stuff. As least I tried to buy local, this store was the let down both in selection and quality. Add some American made or European' stuff and maybe I'll take you more seriously. This place is consumerism at it's worst. Sell me something el quality that I can fix myself. They responded to my review with snarky comments... Not really making their case against other rude behavior.

Called in about my Chinese moped not being able to start, and instead of just telling me that they don't work on those scooters, they talked me through the issue. And now the moped freaking starts. I very much enjoyed my experience and airboat their good customer service.

When I called in today about my Chinese moped not being able to start, they didn't turn me away, they talked with me and helped me understand what was happening. I very much appreciate their help and good customer service.

I’m very saddened by the quality of customer service at Seattle Scooter Center. I dropped off my scooter on June 7th, 2021 as it was having issues. They said they would look at it and get back to me. They never did.I call them and they say that it’s the air filter and that they would order one and they’ll call me back once it’s installed. It should take 2-3 weeks. They never did.I call them and they say, oops our bad, we forgot to order it but thanks for the reminder I’m gonna order it today with other parts I need to order. It should take 2-3 weeks. We’ll call you when it’s done. They never did.I call them to find out that they didn’t order the air filter. I’m starting to get annoyed now. And they give excuses and state that they’ll make it right and that they will keep me updated. The next Monday, they call to inform me that the air filter has been ordered and will arrive in 2-3 weeks and that they will call me if anything changes. They made a mistake and they’re gonna make it right. They never did.I call them to find out that the air filter will take 6 weeks. They looked everywhere! All the retail outlets too. Amazon I ask, yup! Amazon too and none of these places has the air filter. But they present me with a solution. They’ll allow me to ride my scooter minus the air filter and when it arrives they’ll call me and install it. I ask can I stop by at anytime to pick up my scooter. Yup! They insure that it’ll be ready to pick up at any time.I stop by today to pick up my scooter and this is what happens.1. Brian is annoyed that I didn’t call to give them a heads up that I was gonna pick up my scooter today. I try to explain I was told it’d be ready and he answers the phone and ignores me.2. While waiting for them to fix my scooter (as Brian states that they haven’t touched it since it got there waiting on the air filter). I talk to their front desk person Jada and show her an air filter on Amazon that says it’ll work with my scooter. I ask her, will this filter not work? She says that she doesn’t want to give me the wrong information again and that I should ask Brian. Note. She was the one I spoke to earlier and stated that they looked everywhere (retail too, like eBay, Amazon and others) and could not find any supplier who could deliver the air filter under 6 weeks.3. I ask Brian if the air filter on Amazon would work. He says “it might” “it looks like it” and when I explain the reason I specifically ask is because I asked if they tried Amazon, Jada then says that she never said that. I had spoken to both Brian (earlier) and asked if he looked on Amazon and Jada if she looked on Amazon. In both instances I was insured that they looked. They had not. There are a lot of different air filters that would work with my scooter with an overnight delivery. Then Brian says that he would never look at Amazon or purchase from Amazon because they are evil.

There are a lot of different air filters that would work with my scooter with an overnight delivery. Then Brian says that he would never look at Amazon or purchase from Amazon because they are evil. So let's recap. They've had my scooter since June 7, 2021. I didn't get it back til today Sept 9, 2021 with a temp filter so I could ride it while they wait for the proper air filter. If this was the case, why wasn't this an option a month ago? 2 months ago? 3 months ago when they found that it would take awhile to get an OEM air filter? The constant lying by the staff, the apologies and promises to do better are empty. They called me exactly once throughout this whole ordeal. I had to call them every single time to get an update, to remind them to order the part, to which they promised to do numerous times but did not. They finally ordered it on August 24, 2021. Almost 3 months after I dropped off my scooter. But the place they ordered it from (I have no clue from where) will take another 3 weeks to arrive (supposedly). But considering every estimate, promise, etc... they gave has been false, I won't hold my breath. My recommendation to anyone reading this. Don't got to them. If you do, call them regularly for an update as they

Honestly, 10/10. I called in need of a scooter and got one same day. Ryan is so flexible and friendly. He helped me learn how to ride, prop the bike up, and even stayed after hours to close the deal and ensure I felt comfortable on it before heading out. Kevin, who I think does all the repairs, is super friendly as well and talked me down after I called in apologizing for crashing my new scooter (yup LOL). These guys are the best!!

Never reply the email or phone called, customer didn't receive the license plate. Just ask them to go to license office to do it yourself. What a center? Terrible!
