Tim was extremely kind, informative, and prompt! He answered all of our questions and even gave us a ride home after browsing. He also took our old mattress to the dump and only asked for the dump’s disposal fee — such a kind person! We love our new mattress (after using it for a couple months), and would recommend Tim to anyone interested in a latex mattress.

This is a long overdue review - cannot say enough good things about Tim or Seattle Natural Mattress. Speaking honestly, we've driven by the location a million times, and would've never thought of stopping in to look at mattresses there, but decided to based on someone else finding it online. Our old spring mattress was long overdue for replacement. We stopped in here as our first stop, not really sure what we were looking for - and convinced that mattress shopping would be dreadful. Tim made it super simple and easy. His products are straightforward. His pricing is straightforward. And there was no pressure. We left his shop and went to 2 other stores where we had the opposite experience, and saw similar mattresses for twice the price with long lead times. We turned right around and went back to Seattle Natural Mattress and placed our order. Tim makes them right in the store and a week later our mattress was ready and delivered.It's been almost 3 months and we absolutely love the mattress! Couldn't imagine having anything else. Thank you Tim!

Actually had my sons front bumper get knocked around and before replacing, we pulled over to secure it. Owner Tim came out with zip ties and a can do, can help mentality. Don’t need a mattress but urge any in area to use his store. Thanks again to the Good Samaritan.

I bought a mattress from here a few years ago that began having an issue. I reached out to Tim but did not hear back. Apparently he had my old number from when I purchased the mattress. He tracked down my new number and called me to rectify the situation. Great interaction.

We bought our mattress from the Portland location, and are very glad to see there is a Seattle location, since we are now in Tacoma. We love our mattress, it's the most comfortable one we've ever owned. My husband is a big guy with back problems, and this mattress has been wonderful. It's been three years and it's still in great shape, when we need another we'll be getting it from Seattle Natural Mattress.

Had an issue with my mattress during Covid. Unfortunately, Tim had an old phone number that I had used when I purchased my mattress. He tracked down my correct number and reached out. Great interaction.

We looked at a lot of foam mattresses and we decided on this company. The owner was wonderful to work with and the price was very competitive. We love our mattress. We picked two different kinds of softness for our king mattress and we are extremely satisfied.

My 2.5 year old was ready to graduate from her toddler bed and Seattle Natural Mattress came highly recommended by a family member in my search for a low-odor, natural mattress for the new bed.We ordered a twin mattress that was ready a couple days later (you get the option for pick-up or free delivery). Purchase experience is pleasant and simple.As I'm not a mattress expert and don't have many reference points, I can't describe the mattress other than that it appears to be made well with high quality materials. Most importantly, my kid slept for 3 hours her first time napping in her new bed, easily passing the comfort test.

Fantastic service and product! Tim is amazing to say the least. Only by Gods Grace could our timing have been more impeccable. We just happen to call him as we were coming in to town on our way to Canada and he was able to put together a mattress and box frames. Not to mention delivery to where we were staying for the night! I’m not saying this could be the case for everyone but his willingness to go the extra mile is beyond comprehension. I highly recommend this business and the product he sells.

I had a really solid experience with Seattle Satural Mattress to help me create a custom bed for my adventure camper van. The process was very smooth and I learned a lot about the different types of materials you can use for mattresses. My van is a small space so I didn't want off gassing from other types of materials. We developed a cool bed and couch combo using the natural latex and cotton covers.Everyone who sits down and lays back on the new camper van couch bed loves it! I would rather sleep in my van on the new bed than at home ?. Sleep is everything in your life so invest in quality.
