It might feel like driving all the way into downtown Seattle and finding parking would be a major hassle, but my experience with Seattle Diamonds made it totally worth it.TLDR: Erin at Seattle Diamonds was able to create a ring that NO OTHER JEWELER COULD, and she did it within my budget!Here is the full story of my ring buying journey and how Erin at Seattle Diamonds came through where no other retailer could.I always do my homework when making a big purchase, so I started off shopping around and hitting up all the major chain retailers like Shane Co. and Jared's, etc. My future fiancé an I picked out a 3 stone style that we absolutely loved. However, I noticed a troubling trend where the larger, center stone often looked shadowed and darker than the side stones. This really bothered me, however, I continued to be told that this was just how this style of rings would work.I then took my search online to Whiteflash, thinking that they could better help me match the diamonds and that would solve the problem. However, I was ALSO told by them that this was just the nature of these three stone settings, and I would just have to settle for the center stone looking shadowed if I went with this setting.My future fiancé and I talked it over and decided that we would go with a solitaire setting instead. However, this took us back to square one with ring and setting styles.This is what brought us to Seattle Diamonds and how we met Erin. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this wasn't a normal retail space, however, it was a beautiful, high-end office and Erin immediately set our mind at ease. She was friendly and easy to talk to and really made us feel welcomed. She showed us many settings and picked out a beautiful solitaire setting. However, over the course of chatting with her, we mentioned the three stone setting that we loved and the problem we had with the center stone being shadowed.Erin was shocked that we'd had such problems as she'd never heard of this problem before. I couldn't stop thinking about her reaction, even after we left and eventually emailed her further about it. I decided to try one more time to see if I could make this ring style work.Erin was AMAZING! She found a beautiful setting that was within our budget. She brought in loose diamonds to try until we found ones that matched and didn't create that "shadowed" look. I was blown away. After that, I paid a deposit on the rings, and then waited. Erin emailed me a 3D rendering proof for my approval, which I gave because they looked amazing. Then it was time to wait. These rings aren't just cookie-cutter "I have a empty band and setting on hand and we just pop the diamonds in and go". They are quality made to order and take some time. As they say with the "unattainable triangle”: You have quality, price, and speed. You get two out of the three–but never all three.I picked the rings up about three weeks after approving the proofs and they were absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier and on top of that, I got to surprise my (now) fiancé with the ring of dreams rather than the solitaire setting we were settling for.My experience with Erin at Seattle Diamonds was amazing and I couldn't be happier. She made the impossible happen and did it all within my budget! Thank you Erin for such an amazing experience. I'm so glad we found you.10 out of 10 would recommend!

We worked with Erin to design my engagement ring and wedding band. She was so kind and helpful, especially since we were new to the fine jewelry world. She also cleaned my ring everytime I came in, plus a special appointment before our wedding to clean it. I was looking for a vintage, rose cut diamond which Erin helped us find and create a setting. We worked with Dave at Seattle Diamonds to come up with a new ring after I lost the diamond from my engagement ring. He repurposed the material that was left from my old ring into a new design and helped us select a diamond. I was very specific about what I wanted and he knocked it out of the park. It is gorgeous. And it appraised for far more than we paid. I love it so much.

Cannot recommend enough. Dave helped my now-husband and me pick out first my engagement ring, and then our wedding bands, and I couldn't be happier. They're gorgeous and work so well together, and Dave has been exceptionally helpful.

Dave, Natalya and the whole Seattle Diamonds team were great to work with. Dave walked me through different ring types, the pros/cons of each and helped to meet our budget. Many jewelers are pushy, but Dave was patient and met with us a few times to ensure we chose the right ring. I cannot recommend Seattle Diamonds enough!

Seattle Diamonds is so easy to work with. I had a very pleasant experience installing a setting to a pearl. I made a call and scheduled an appointment on the second day. The store is located on the first floor of an apartment and it's in the same plaza with whole food, FedEx, and Xfinity. If you can't find the entrance, just give them a call. Natalya was super nice and picked me up. They have various selections of settings for a pearl on the manual for me to check and pick. Natalya was patient enough to sit me through the whole process, help me make decision and get price quote. At the end of the appointment, I was able to pick the setting. Throughout the whole process, Natalya was very friendly and not pushy at all - she friendly suggested I get a necklace for the pendant. I left my contact information and about a month later, I got a text message from Natalya saying the pendant is ready. I picked up the pendant and it is gorgeous! I will recommend Seattle Diamonds to anyone who needs jewelry.

We had an excellent experience with Seattle Diamonds. Dave worked closely with us and walked us through the entire process, start to finish, from choosing a stone for a diamond engagement ring, selecting a setting and band, and even choosing a men’s wedding band. He did so with patience and top-notch service and stayed in touch along the way. He took the time to help us become comfortable with the process and even understand fundamentals of diamond quality. The rings are incredible, and we’re thrilled with the quality and the tremendous value we received.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Dave, Natalya, and Seattle Diamonds. After getting engaged, I needed a fair amount of help to understand the process of selecting and purchasing an engagement ring. Dave walked me through the steps of finding the right stone, worked with my budget, and absolutely knocked it out of the park with the eventual selection.Natalya helped my wife and I decide on an updated engagement band, wedding band, and my wedding ring. With her advice, expertise, and patience, we were able to select a final set that both my wife and I are elated with.I never felt pressured, always felt welcome in their space, all questions/emails were responded to quickly, and their team created some great memories for my wife and I. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.
